They sell non - refrigerated/shelf stable on shelf and refrigerated probiotics (capsules and ready to drink) in the refrigerator section. NOTE: keep an eye out for their small sale sections! They sometimes put them in a corner or last time I saw them by the produce. They sometimes have normally high priced items for almost 80% off! There are some awesome deals!! Overall, the issue was not simply the delay--it was the lack of accountability, communication, and customer service in handling the situation.
