When I got to the register, I was told the sandwich was actually $15 because "the computer price had gone up" and they "hadn't gotten around to changing the prices yet." I pointed out that the package itself literally had "$12" printed on it with a dollar sign. The cashier acknowledged the sticker said $12 but still insisted I had to pay $15 because the register price overrode the labeled price. I understand mistakes happen, but if an item is labeled one price and customers are charged another at checkout, that's not acceptable. People should pay close attention to what they're being charged, especially for premade foods and grab-and-go items. There are plenty of local places around here that still believe in fair pricing and honoring the price marked on the product. I know where I'll be spending my money going forward.
