I reserved a particular car because I am thinking of buying one. While I was waiting for parts to come in, I decided to rent a car for a week. They didn't have the car I asked for in and no one in the area did so they "upgraded me to size category up." Well I took the car and hated it. There wasn't anything about it I liked. So I called the next day to ask if there was anyway I could get something else. When I got there they had found the vehicle I had originally asked for. They gave me that car and took a bit off my bill.( I didn't ask them to and didn't expect them too but they did) the young man told me to let him know if I didn't like this one and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. If you make a reservation with one of these large rental places you have to understand that they can't always guarantee you'll get what you ask for but enterprise took the time to make sure I got what I wanted to the limited amount they could. I have had to rent many vehicles for work in the past and enterprise has almost always been the easiest and best company to work with

He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We weren't sure what to do - because we had more to take then our van could fit. Brady and Kellen heard about our story and reached out to us to see what they could do. To make a long story short, they found a way for us to use one of their vans for a cross country trip - just so we could get our daughter the medical care she needed in New Orleans. This really isn't the thing you do if money is your main aspiration and pursuit. Their kindness and trust made a HUGE difference for us as a family - not only in being able to make the trip comfortably, but learning some things to help our daughter Olivia, who has a serious seizure disorder. She is the most down-to-earth, kind, and fun person. She will listen to you sincerely, work with you on whatever you need, and she is trustworthy 100%. My wife and I went to look at a car, and we left 45 minutes later with the best feeling. We found our most recent car there and actually enjoyed going through the buying process. The best part is, Stephanie hand-picks all of her cars (mostly Lexus and Toyota) from the cleanest trade-ins at Lexus dealerships in Arizona. These cars have been taken care of so well, so you don't have to fret about it breaking down or having been neglected like you usually do at other used car dealerships. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
