As a tenant poor communication upon move out fabricated multiple issues and returned less than $200 of an $1800 deposit. Charging me for things that were listed on the move-in list and then decided to fix after I moved out. These people are lying crooks and ineffective at their job as a property manager.

My wife and I merely want a path of communication with anyone from the HOA so that we can address maintenance issues and pay our monthly bill; but alas, not one of the 4 available phone numbers or 3 email addresses that we have been given seen to be monitored. I am very disappointed with Parker Brown Real Estate and their absolute disregard for the residents in their communities. If it were possible for me to work with another management company, I would. But unfortunately for me and everyone else in the community, Parker Brown has made it impossible. This is a business built upon the principle that homeowners are a captive audience with no real choice. You're forced to pay their fees and abide by their ever-changing rules, regardless of how unreasonable or unfair they may be (see subsection A.) All while they ignore every attempt at communication. I urge anyone who is considering living in a community under the thumb of Parker Brown to reconsider. It is not worth it. A: The recent stealthy change to our HOA's towing policy is a perfect example of how this organization prioritizes profit over residents. With no warning, no discussion, and certainly no community vote, they altered the rules to allow them to tow vehicles parked in safe areas simply to pad their coffers. It is unreasonable. Was there a sudden surge in abandoned vehicles blocking fire lanes? Were residents clamoring for stricter parking enforcement? Of course not! This was a calculated move to squeeze every last dime out of us, treating homeowners like ATMs instead of people. It's infuriating to be treated with such contempt, to have our voices silenced while our wallets are raided. This HOA operates with a shocking lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for the community it supposedly serves.

Absolute garbage place. The water was dirty and couldn't be drinken. it was hard water and smelled…read morelike sewage so we opted to shower at my place more of the time. The place had no Air conditioning and was both poorly insulated and had no air flow. It also had cockroaches and bed bugs. When we found this out we requested the landlord treat it as other units near ours had them too and they declined and told us it was tenant responsibility. In their contract the tenant is liable for all maintenance and charges. The rent seems slightly cheeper but it will quickly rack up when they charge you for everything and keep your entire 1800 dollar deposit. Dont do it, dont trust their garbage management or them. The place looked nice on move in but everything was a complete disaster.

I attempted to schedule a showing of the property and initially had difficulty receiving a response. It required two phone calls and two text messages before I finally heard back. Once contact was established, we agreed on a specific date and time to meet at the property for the showing. Unfortunately, Chad Morton did not show up for the appointment. I also did not receive any phone call, text message, or other communication to cancel, reschedule, or explain his absence. As a prospective buyer who made the time and effort to attend the scheduled showing, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Beyond the inconvenience to me, I am also concerned about the level of service being provided to the seller. Missing scheduled showings without communication could negatively impact the seller's opportunity to receive offers.
