If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm Executive and have been renting with this company for nearly 6 years straight. With my travel across the states, every location has been exceptional BUT this one. I asked for a Toyota sedan. It was new and it had Apple play so I can use the map. So I'm waiting while she says they're going to clean my car. A lady drives up in an old Toyota with the old version of Apple play. I've been waiting for nearly an hour and they get hers in and cleaned instead of giving me the car I deliberately asked for. I get in and tell them this doesn't have Apple play with maps. I again ask for the car I wanted and the guy, Josh the manager, says all their models are the same in the lot like I'm some kind of moron. I pointed at the grey one and said that's the car I asked for and it has the new Apple play. He told me oh, I didn't know that. Mouth breather alert. So he says it's not clean. Tell me why a car that was sitting in the lot that I wanted was never put in the bay to be cleaned yet a car someone just drove in was cleaned and given to me as they said they were currently cleaning my car? These scum employees are more interested in getting a mark up rate for a newer car, it probably came from National, than giving a long term customer what they wanted. They gave me a battered car that hadn't been cleaned or the tank filled up. That's not even the icing on the cake. I'm driving the Malibu Chevy they forced upon me and all of a sudden it starts beeping, the dash lights turn on, and my power breaks and steering go out. I nearly smashed into the car ahead of me while attempting to stop the car. I had to pump the break so hard over and over. So I'm driving to my destination with my hazards on and being super careful with my distance to other cars. I then drive to the Spanish Fork location, I recommend it, the people actually have a pulse and a backbone. They lent me a van so I could get to the SLC airport to get the car I wanted. Today's the day, I'm returning a brand new Toyota Corolla to these ungrateful mongrels. I walk in and ask for a ride to my hotel. They promptly tell me "no rides after 4". I wish I could leave a good review, it really was a good car while mine was getting repaired, but it ended on a sour note with these premium charges for gas that were not made clear when the car was initially given, nor was communicated at drop off. I would've filled the tank if the Enterprise rep had mentioned "gas is not covered by the insurance company", but nothing to that effect was ever said until after the bill was closed, and they said there was "nothing" they could do but apologize for their mistake. read more

Great location, enterprise has always been a good rental company. This last visit is a great example of their willingness to go above and beyond. I reserved a particular car because I am thinking of buying one. While I was waiting for parts to come in, I decided to rent a car for a week. They didn't have the car I asked for in and no one in the area did so they "upgraded me to size category up." Well I took the car and hated it. There wasn't anything about it I liked. So I called the next day to ask if there was anyway I could get something else. When I got there they had found the vehicle I had originally asked for. They gave me that car and took a bit off my bill.( I didn't ask them to and didn't expect them too but they did) the young man told me to let him know if I didn't like this one and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. If you make a reservation with one of these large rental places you have to understand that they can't always guarantee you'll get what you ask for but enterprise took the time to make sure I got what I wanted to the limited amount they could. I have had to rent many vehicles for work in the past and enterprise has almost always been the easiest and best company to work with read more

I had to go here last minute because my car was being repaired down the street. They were very responsive. They didn't have any cars, so they gave me a minivan, but still only charged me the car price, which I thought was good customer service. I thought their service was excellent. read more

This car rental business is the WORST rental company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I was in an accident and my insurance agreed to flip for a rental car til I could get back on the road. I called enterprise, was told I needed to prepay or the rental with a credit card. They wouldn't use my dads or my sisters or mine. He said until my car was fixed by Enterprise. I was treated with distain, and was asked to leave their facility. I Will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone...(BTW, Hertz took care of me, and made me feel important). If you want treated poorly, head to Enterprise. If you'd like to be taken care of, like a human being, I would suggest Hertz...Actually, any car rental facility besides Enterprise would be your best bet. Customer Service, for enterprise, is an oxymoron. read more

Do not work with John Lenahan the area manager. In fact go somewhere else completely. We had an issue and were told to bring in a new card because we had to close that card due to theft. And he told me asking with someone else it needed to be done by tomorrow morning at 11am. Well he lied and had the car towed from our driveway while my husband had run home to grab me some things and bring them back to me at the hospital where I've been for a few days now sure to medical issues. He wouldn't give me his supervisors info but I already have it from corporate. He then asked for the keys for the car but won't return our belongings until we come get them tomorrow. How are we supposed to do that without a car? He's not very intelligent and is a willing liar. He tried to tell me I had stolen this vehicle!!! They will NEVER receive my business at that location again. And I suggest if you're thinking about it, DON'T. Save yourself a massive headache. Had a case opened for a regional person to handle this- nothing. Complete crickets. Rep told me point blank to return tank back half full. The reader didn't click thru and I ended up putting $20 in and returned with near full tank yet was still charged for gas! 11 days after returning this rental my $50 deposit never dropped off and remained from my bank account. The time it's taken to fix the multiple mistakes and complete lack of communication here makes my blood boil. Mistake after mistake and no apology whatsoever. Had to waste over and hour even trying to get someone on the phone all the times I've tried to call and "chat" with a rep after hours who took a case down with no response from regional a week later! This is NOT any way to do business. Will NEVER rent from enterprise again. Worst experience ever and there are NO excuses for this. They would have illegally kept my money without a care. read more

Had an illegitimate charge made, which totaled to almost $700. I went in for weeks trying to get them to fix it. They verbally confirmed on several occasions that the charge was problematic, yet ultimately told me they could do nothing. I was very frustrated by their repetitive promises that they would call me, that they would email their superior, that they would "see what they could do." I received no calls and the information they emailed to their superiors was often incorrect or incomplete. They ultimately told me that the charge should not have been made and yet they made no offers for refund nor made any acknowledgment of fault, though it was clearly their mistake. I was left with no other explanation other than they took an opportunity to take advantage of a woman whom they believed would "drop it." read more

Enterprise won't pick you up. The 1447 N State Street, Orem location told me to pick up my rental at their South Jordan location at 9:00 a.m. I found a ride there only to be told they would not have any cars available until 2:00 p.m. Because the branch managers are paid on the profitability of their branches they overbook. Cars sitting in the lot available for customers doesn't make them any money. This leads to them not having cars available to pick you up and not having cars available for you to rent when you need one. Thanks for nothing. read more

Horrible customer service, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Misleading on fuel service. Dishonest on security deposit, actually charges card when told it would be a hold pending charge. We were told we would be called when car was available, never recvd that call and we were told that they were too busy and we should have called them. This location is absolutely awful. They gave us a car with a tire that was about to blow. They put my entire family in danger & then tried to blame it on someone else. They actually asked us why we wanted a refund after our horrid experience. Not only were we unsafe in their vehicle, but they wasted time out of our vacation because we had to deal with cleaning up their mess. read more

Terrible service. 4 of 5 calls were placed on hold and disconnected. When a rental assistant finally called back after an hour from first call, there was no apology - just excuses. No discount for bad service and inconvenience was offered. Do not recommend this location. read more

Called in and reserved a truck for just one day. Dalen spent a few extra minutes putting final touches of cleaning on the vehicle then sent me on my way. Quick and efficient, I would recommend this location. Grateful as well they are open for a few hours on Saturday. read more

I had the worst experience with this location. My mom was in an accident and had a car "reserved" for her here (unfortunately). I left work to hurry and get her over to pick up her rental and called the store at 5:50 to tell them we were almost there and the lady, who was so rude, said "You have two minutes to get here because I pick my kids up from daycare at 6." I said "Okay we'll be there by six for sure." She said "No, be here in 2 minutes I pick my kids up at 6." Umm...their hours say they're OPEN until 6 but whatever so I get there at 5:55 and she's locked up and lights are out. I was so mad at her. My mom goes there the next day to get the car and they don't have any cars!! Are you kidding me?? It's called a RESERVATION so if you have one reserved how does it get taken by another person? Isn't that the point of a reservation? Also, if you're only open until 5:45 - PUT THAT AS YOUR HOURS!! Then I wouldn't have rushed to make it by 6 because I would've known this store closes whenever the kids need to be picked up at daycare. Or whenever before the lady on the phone decides. If she wouldn't have closed EARLY my mom would have a car to drive. I will never go here again. And as an insurance agent, my clients will never be referred to this location for sure. ZERO stars for very questionable business practices. (Complaints to be lodged with BBB and Utah Dept. of Consumer Affairs.) Charged me $500 (3-day rental) for VERY minor damage which they themselves seem to have caused prior to the rental (easily overlooked in an initial walk-around). Close examination revealed that their repair man must have flubbed the job prior to the rental. If they have charged previous customers for the same "damage" the Utah AG needs to be involved. read more

WARNING!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Terrible customer service from the branch manager. We rented a vehicle through my Geico insurance company and the tow truck driver for the Auto body shop was unable to locate our home. We gave directions and finally sent a map. They picked up the car yesterday and had given the information to Geico. We received a phone call from the Branch Manager saying that we had until 12:00 to bring the vehicle back or they would report it stolen. We called as soon as we got the text. They had come and repo'd the car from us. He also stated that they recoeved a call from Geico saying that the rental wasn't covered. I immediately called Geico and the said that they did have the estimate and the rental had been extended. The Branch Manager said that we are unable to get our rental back and refused to rent to us ever. He even went as far as putting us on the National do not rent to list. He said that we are too much of a liability because we owe them for the rental. I told him that I just talked to a supervisor at Geico and he confirmed that the estimate for our vehicle was there and Enterprise had no right to do what they did. He told me that the car rental was back dated and extended. When I called the Branch Manager back he said that he has a hard time believing us and that he refuses to give us the car back. He also said that he had tried several times to call us and our voicemails were full. Both of us checked our phones and he tried to call once with no voicemail from him. The text came in at 8:10 in the morning and they had repo'd the car by 9. In the text it said we had until 12:00. This branch and it's employees have NO customer service skills. I would BEWARE of going to this location and rent from another. read more
