I was so impressed, so relaxed, and some previously tight muscles in my legs were completely eased and pain free. We immediately booked repeat sessions on our last day, but I now regret not booking full massages earlier. This is magnificent place for massage, quiet, peaceful, very friendly and accommodating, and all therapists assure you are comfortable with the pressure. Would go back again, multiple times, on my next trip.

This 'artsy' foyer ( entrance ) with 30 ft black ceilings and 90s painted over black plastic plumbing was empty when I arrived for the 1 hour $89 plus tax massage, which began with having both my swollen left and bulging bluish purple veins of my right foot squeezed into a small plastic bowl lined with a plastic bag of warm water and ' Meghan ' suddenly Telling me , " you are very loud ! Stop Talking " I am not a ' loud ' person and I didn't notice that another ' Cu$tomer' was seated 15 ft away from me behind one of their Arabian Nights Veil 'curtains' Most professional massage clinics have seperate rooms not thin black veils as 'walls' I 'should have left at that moment, but as ' Meghan's already took my credit card number over the phone 2 hours before my appointment and not after it, and as Jackie is a kind caring person and lightened her massage when I said that my neck felt too much. This 'oasis' foot website isn't working properly either and it didn't accept the happyhour20 discount I will not return to this place of 'bu$ine$S' that overcharges $200 - $300 for ' Swedish massages' that are apparently light touch 'massages' with clothes on.

This location has facial, nails, massage and RMT massage as well. Area is huge with Roman style interior. There are several rooms for the different spa treatments. I especially enjoyed the facility. It is complete with a dry sauna, steam room, washroom and shower. The shower room has all the amenities - makeup remover, spray, mouthwash, feminine napkins, hair dryer, bath robes, towels, lockers, slippers - basically everything you need (except for a comb). You can literally spend the whole afternoon relaxing here. My masseuse Emiliana is the best so far. Her technique of kneading at the correct points makes the massage so relaxing. Her long gliding strokes were gradual, smooth and gentle. After my massage, we sat in the quiet lounge area for complimentary snacks and drinks. We were offered mocktail cranberry or orange mimosas too. It's such a treat!

(See original review: http://www.yelp.ca/biz/natural-health-hydrotherapy-vancouver) One of their competitors, Lavar Spa, is also effective and convenient, but their colonic system doesn't feel as gentle. This is very gentle, while also being effective--I can see the results but don't have to feel them. (There's a mirror positioned above you if you want to enjoy the view.) I chose to mostly close my eyes and rest, as she expertly tended to me with precise massage work on my abdomen. Unlike most other places of this type, you'll never need to be concerned about being prodded with upselling while you've...well, literally already been prodded! This office in the Hycroft Medical Building is just as convenient as their old location, although I wish there was a washroom inside. There's one right around the corner though, as there is on every floor in the building. This is probably the best value for colon cleansing in Vancouver. In addition, they often have promotions via Groupon for new customers. I recommend this service for anyone with gastrointestinal issues or anyone who'd just like to be extra clean afterwards.
