They asked my friend what she had in her pocket (it was her lipgloss), implying that we were shoplifting. They did not treat the other customers this way (we are not white). They said we were "enamored" with the bracelets and told us we should have them hold it for us. Can we not shop in peace? The only kind person was a teenager doing our forever bracelets. This location has terrible customer service and stole $30 from me. I went into the store to get 5…read morefeet of fuel hose. They only had 3 feet, so I had them order more for me. A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn't find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn't have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, "How would I know you never received it?" He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O'Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don't have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you're the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

I mean... I've seen people say on here that prices are high but since these are all dealer booths it really depends on who the dealer is and there are SO MANY good deals here. It is nothing like the jacked up prices you find at the stores in antique-heavy towns in Maine or northern NH. My only real complaint is the one booth with the Nazi/SS/WWII vintage memorabilia. I know people collect it for historical and not necessarily nefarious reasons but it still gives me the skeeves. As for the rest of the place and alllll the other wonderful vendors, I can't get enough of it and I certainly don't let myself come visit too often or else I'd be spending more than I should on vintage.
