NOT JUST Veggie tacos!!! Other options include chorizo and Al Pastor. Choose 2 toppings in taco Tuesday. Special price cannot be beat!!! Friendly faces for walk-up or drive thru. My first visit I chose the pico d gallo salsa and mild green salsa but other toppings include radish, cilantro, red spicy salsa onions jalapeños or pickled Onion. etc. try.A fun Hawaiian Mexican sandwich? Burrito bowl Or churros. they also have quesadillas, flauta, Burria tacos, and so much more !!

Takito offers drive-thru service or you can walk up and order at the window. There is some outdoor seating available.

I first encountered Taco Bar in Gaithersburg and it quickly became one of my favorites. When they opened a location in Frederick, I enjoyed that spot too. I was definitely excited when I saw that they were going to open up this Takito just up the street from our house. We have eaten here several times now and it's been great having this spot so close to home. The first time we ate there, the manager stopped by our table to introduce himself and to check our satisfaction with the food. After chatting for a bit he went into the kitchen and returned with a complimentary order of hot, fresh churros for dessert. The only potential downside to the location is the lack of indoor seating but the food is so good it's not too much of a problem. The birria tacos are especially good. Be sure to check them out!

The interior is very spacious and can host both large family/parties and smaller intimate diners. We shared a ceviche for an appetizer and it was fresh and the right amount of spicy. I ended up getting the chicken mole for my main and it was so deeply flavored and delicious. My boyfriend also enjoyed his vegetarian tamale which was served with a spicy roja sauce. Sterling our server was very sweet and attentive. They were so nice and brought out birthday dessert flan for me, candle and all. Would absolutely recommend La Calle in Fells Point to anyone looking for a nice intimate dinner or booking out a big party.

The house margaritas and El Diablo cocktails were fantastic. We split a few dishes: the queso fundido, which was fantastic, and the salmon ceviche was so soft and delicious. For my entree, I absolutely loved the enchiladas verdes, and my husband had the enchiladas rojas and loved them, too! Our friends had the soup and the quesadillas and had nothing but good things to say about them. Can't wait to come back!

We ordered their "most popular apps" for 5 which came with tamales, croquettes, empanadas, deviled eggs, oranges, and fried pork rinds (chips?). The serving size was definitely enough for our group, so I'd only order this for an actual group of 5 if you weren't eating anything else. I had their pork tacos as an entree and tried their carne asada. Both were satisfying but neither stood out. Overall, I'd say this place is a safe place to dine - you know the service will be good and the food will be solid. I wouldn't say that their dishes stand out, but I also mainly tried their basic items.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the food just hasn't hit for me as much as I hoped. The first time we went, I tried the birria and tacos de pescado. I wasn't a fan of the sauce on the fish tacos, it kind of took away my appetite after a few bites. I had my boyfriend try them (he thought I was being dramatic), and he immediately agreed something was off, though his tacos were great. We went again another time and ordered 3 or 4 things, but the chicken tasted a bit old, which was disappointing. I'd still be open to trying it again in the future, but right now it sits at just okay for me. A cute place for drinks though!
