Kitchen countertop

Paul and his guys do marvelous work. Got new quartz countertops in kitchen, bathroom and former wet bar area. Really brightens the place up. They work fast and clean up really well. So glad we found these guys!

New "carrera" quartz counter topss and full backsplash

Paul is a master at his work. He replaced my moms small condo kitchen a while back and I was so impressed not only with his workmanship but his work ethics. He could tell he really cared about his work so when I decided to redo my dated kitchen counter tops Paul was of course my number 1 choice. Paul saved me so much money by suggesting an alternative Quartz to Carrera Marble( I love the look of Carrera Marble but maintenance can be a problem). Because I saved so much money I ended up extending island, adding waterfall ends and re-doing my guest bathroom as well :) I was expecting the remodel to take at least 2 weeks, living with of dust & debris and eating out the whole time. His staff/guys showed up ready to work, covered the floors and furniture, ripped out my entire kitchen and bath in 1 day. I was SHOCKED at how organized and flawless the entire demo was (not their first rodeo). The guys were able to set my appliances back so I had full use of my kitchen (with plywood counter tops ;) till my new counters and backsplash was ready. I was very careful not to get the plywood wet :/ 1 week later the guys were back and installed my new kitchen backsplash and counter tops all in one day! The entire process was so seamless and easy. If you are considering any work with stone I would highly recommend 'Take Us for Granite'. Paul is a clear communicator, good listener and very patient. Most important he delivers on his word. His staff (guys) are experienced and courteous. He is the real deal. Thanks Paul! I love my new kitchen!

Perfect!

First there is Fred, Neema and family at the showroom who together made the whole experience worry free. Their knowledge and expertise in the products was obvious. Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Multiple times at the end of install and the next day, both Manuel and Neema stated that if we had any questions to just call. So how good are these guys? The next morning Neema called to check in and asked if he could stop by to verify the work and our satisfaction. Our response - Wow. This team is awesome as every step throughout the process was calm and easy. Next time the only choice is "1st Choice Flooring Kitchen and Bath". Thank you all for a fantastic job and amazing floor.

From the moment we…read morewalked through their door, Brandon assisted us with a level of care that made both my husband and I feel like we were a family member. We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! I am attaching some photos of the closet where they laid carpeting and installed quartz, the tile & painting in the laundry room and the painting of the living room/foyer where the new closet was built above.

Jim, the designer, helped me pick out the materials and stayed on top of the project throughout the process. Eric and Antonio provided great recommendations every step of the way, and their crew was always nice and considerate. The project took a little longer than expected due to a missing cabinet issue, but overall it was a great experience with quality workmanship, fair pricing, and a professional team. You would be better off going to tile mile in Anaheim and contracting people yourself. That's where I found my counter people for the first remodel and they were fantastic and counters lasted almost 20 years. My counters now are barely over a year and all the seams look horrible. They pick cheap labor for all the work and that's exactly what you get, however, that's not what you are paying. They definitely overcharge for what you get.

Prior to meeting Nikki the owner of Vogue Kitchen and Bath, I was unfortunate and contracted a devious contractor that promised the world. To make a long story short he and his crew destroyed my kitchen. He installed two different counter slabs, all of the measurements were wrong, there were unnecessary while in the walls. The list goes in and on. To my blessings I met Nikki, once she heard my story she had one of her crew come in that afternoon to make corrections on my fireplace. In the weeks to follow with her consultation I had a painless full kitchen remodel. Her integrity, knowledge, honesty, professionalism, and fairness are above scale. Her crew were trustworthy and super professional. Every inch was done with the pride of a true craftsman. I absolutely love my dream kitchen. I am also so grateful for all of the kindness and wonderful advice she gave me. I will only trust Vogue Kitchen and Bath for future home improvement projects.

The actual purchase experience was fine. Everything after they had our money was not. We scheduled delivery at the time of purchase and, within 24 hours, received a text saying it had been canceled and that we needed to call to reschedule. We were told they had misjudged inventory and delivery would need to be pushed back 4-5 days. About a week later, they called again and said they had discovered they actually did have one in stock and could deliver sooner. At that point, it was already clear that their inventory and scheduling systems were not well coordinated. When we rescheduled, I carefully reviewed the details of our home with them, including three steps and a slight slope. I was specifically told that because of the size of the refrigerator, they would send three to four people for the delivery. The day before delivery, I was supposed to receive my four-hour delivery window. By 5:30 p.m., I still had not heard anything, so I had to call Pacific Sales myself before they closed to learn that my window would be 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Then, on delivery day, I received a call around 10:20 a.m. saying the crew would arrive in 30-40 minutes, well before the scheduled window. I changed my plans and turned around to get home. An hour later, no one had arrived. When I called the driver, he asked me for my address and we discovered he had been sent to the wrong location. Eventually, the crew arrived. The driver came inside, looked at the route to the kitchen, and immediately said that because of the size of the refrigerator and the slope, they needed three to four people and could not complete the delivery with only two. The most frustrating part? He looked at the work order and confirmed that it actually said THREE TO FOUR PEOPLE WERE REQUIRED. So Pacific Sales had the information. They simply sent the wrong size crew. Meanwhile, we had done everything they asked us to do to prepare. We cleared out our refrigerator, avoided grocery shopping, rearranged our schedule, and made sure the house was ready. They provide customers with an extensive checklist to make sure we are prepared for delivery, but apparently there is not an equally effective checklist on their side to make sure the delivery can actually happen. After the crew left, I received a call from a call center telling me that the refrigerator could not be delivered, which I obviously already knew. Unfortunately, the representative was not empowered to actually solve the problem or even reschedule the delivery. I was told I now have to wait 1-2 days for an email containing a link to reschedule, and that another delivery could potentially take several more days after that. I also tried using their online chat to reach a live agent and was told I was being connected to one, only to continue interacting with what appeared to be an automated bot. None of the individual employees I interacted with were rude. In fact, the delivery driver was perfectly nice and seemed equally frustrated by the situation. This appears to be a systems, communication, and operational problem. But as the customer, that distinction doesn't make the experience any less awful. When someone spends a significant amount of money on a premium appliance (almost $13,000), the service after the sale should match the product being sold. Pacific Sales has made purchasing the refrigerator easy and actually receiving it extraordinarily difficult. Buyer beware. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home. Their post-purchase customer service and delivery coordination have been extremely disappointing.
