The mechanics here finished both cars ahead of me, and my car by 4:45. I got a Complete Advanced Full Synthetic Oil Change (cost a little extra because my car is European and requires a bit more oil) so it came out to about 116$. There are coupons online for 15$ off so I paid about 100$. The guys are super professional, even the way they communicated to each other came across as if they were taking everything very seriously and ensuring every detail was correct.

I've been coming here for over a decade and have always looked forward to the professional service and experienced advice. The new crew does not exude any quality of professionalism, and I felt like I couldn't fully trust that the recommendations weren't just an attempt to get some more money. The old crew would walk through any issues and suggest clear solutions without pressuring a purchase. Really disappointed in the drop in quality, thank you Tom and the old crew for the years of service! I will be looking for a new shop :/

Yesterday was the third time I have brought my fully functioning car to this place for routine…read moremaintenance and the third time a larger more expensive repair was required to get my car safely home. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I have an older vehicle so I don't know if that predisposes me to predatory practices, but moments after I recieved a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, i got another call saying my battery (which had tested 'low' according to their free diagnostic and would cost me an additional $700+ for them to replace) was now dead and the car wouldn't start. No apology or explanation that the reason the car didn't start is because the technician had drained the battery by leaving the dome light on; I know this because it came on when they jump started it with me in the driver's seat. It was the kind of dome/map light that you have to click on intentionally. What is going on here? And why does a $260 12v prius starter battery cost over $700 to have installed at this place? Highway robbery and no remorse. I was able to install a new battery, purchased at an O'Reilly auto parts store near my house, in minutes. Never again!!!

The reason I keep coming back is the staff! I am pretty knowledgeable about cars, but obviously, I don't have the right tools to do much myself. As a woman, you may sometimes feel a little intimidated by auto shops, but here, I have always felt welcomed and truly trust their staff. Cesar is usually the guy who helps me. He is super friendly and always explains exactly what needs to be done. Prices are reasonable, and their work speaks for itself! All in all, their service is top-tier. PS: They do offer specials from time to time. I got $50 off when I had to replace my brakes. Anything helps, right?

On the morning we were to leave to return home to southern California, we discovered our rear…read morepassenger tire had gone flat. Fortunately, we discovered that Big Brand was open and we were told they were not busy. We were able to fill the tire with air and it held as we drove to the 2131 N. Kolb Rd location. Adrian, who was working the front counter, told us they were very busy and couldn't get to our tire until 3 to 4 hours later. Not good as we had long drive ahead of us and irritating as the call center told us they were not busy. But, it needed to get fixed and so we left the car with Adrian. I called a couple of hours after leaving the car to get an update (if there was any) and was told the car would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Fantastic! We headed out and as I arrived Adrian cheerfully greeted me, handing me the keys. I asked him how much I owed him and he said "Nothing." I thought that odd and given our urgency to get going I was very appreciative. I confirmed that he said "nothing" and I said that was very kind of him/them and asked if I could at leave them a tip. He said "sure" and so I tipped them $20. ********** UPDATE ************ Apparently my mother either didn't know or forgot that she had damaged the car previously. My sister reminded her of this fact and so I was alerted. And so I owe the company a huge apology. They came through for us in a pinch and I am very grateful. I updated the rating above based on the facts surrounding the event. Thank you Adrian.

Remove pack rat nest and voila trans shifts fine. The reason for this post is that my daughter's experience was so pleasant because of the management's honesty and the positive interaction she had with everyone. Potentially the trans problem could've been sold as a clutch problem or cable problem. The A/C problem had been taken to the local stealership and they wanted $2500 to fix the problem.
