Tires Plus consistently has the worst service of any repair shop I have been to. Last week I needed…read morean oil change and more wiper fluid. I was promised all fluids had been topped up but they flat out lied to my face about that, because a week later the wiper fluid is empty. The receipt they gave me had only some of my information on it, the rest was someone else's. The codes they ran to check on some misfiring said it was misfiring on all four cylinders but my regular mechanic said only 2 misfires. I just talked to someone today named Steve, who didn't want to hear me at all, would not let me talk, just kept wanting to assure me that of course they did everything right on their end. Their lack of quality of service and willingness to be very untruthful right to my face makes me question if they even changed the oil, or just slapped up a new sticker. This is not the first time I have had trouble with Tires Plus. Their only value is they are open on the weekends but seriously it's just not worth going there. At all. Everything seemed fine, until the service advisor requested I pull out of the bay only half way after the oil change was completed. I gave my credit card to be processed. Received a receipt and was on my way. By the time I arrived home, I had received three credit card alerts, indicating purchases had been made on meal delivery services and the purchase of shoes. Immediately, I canceled the card and ordered a new one. I hadn't used that credit card in over a month, so it seemed likely that when I was instructed to pull out of the bay half way, the service advisor took a screen shot of my credit card front and back including the security code on the back, and used it themselves or shared it. It's a shame. The oil change seemed on point up until that situation where I was asked to pull out of the bay half way. I'm sorry I didn't question that. What a lesson learned. I no longer go to that Jiffy Lube location and now pay cash at oil change places or any place I cannot see the credit card being processed.

We have been a long time customer of Firestone, but no more. My wife's 2008 Kia Sorrento was looked…read moreat for repair for an overheated engine. We brought it to this location since it was only a block from where the event occurred. Firestone did an evaluation of the car and in so doing told us that it would take @$4,000. To fix it. We told them not to repair the car. They had dismantled the car , which made it no longer viable to start. They charged us $469. We told them we were having it towed to another repair shop and then the other repair shop could not put the car back together because specific bolts and components were not present when they received the car. So now the car is not repairable and potentially only goods for sale for parts. We knew that the car might not be affordable for us to repair, but we were able to drive the car the short distance to this particular Firestone.. Firestone ruined the potential salvage price by going ahead and dismantling the car and not putting it back together, or at least returning the necessary components to do so. The car was old but with the original driver. I think an inexperienced team evaluated th car and looked on it as junk or wanted to sabotage the opportunity to give a better estimate for repair. I am sending this to Firestone franchise headquarters. The Priddle's
