I don't have small children but they have a kid area with glass so you can see them while they play. They are right next to my house offer 3 year alignment for 120 bucks and check it at every tire rotation. I wish the dealer did not do my oil because I would for sure be here for that to. This includes complementary water they give you when you drive up and top off service for your oil and fluids. I have a 19 year old Camry that is still going strong. I can give partial credit to Take Five for keeping it going. The only major issue I have with my old car is that it burns oil. Take Five is good for topping off my fluids and getting my tire pressure right any time I stop by and between oil changes. I am greatly appreciative of their service and care. I was just there last week and popped back in today and was greeted and taken care of by one of the assistant managers, Walker. Great service keeps me coming back!

They did not complete my oil change and charged me for the whole service in the end on my paperwork…read moremarking the service complete. The manager on duty Justin told me after going in the pit, he could not remove the plastic housing on my Sonata and didn't want to break anything or be held liable so per him verbally they could not complete the oil change. Told me to come back in the morning "cause his boss could get it off". So I assumed what I was paying for was the oil added to the vehicle and labor. To top it off, the dealership servicing my vehicle today informed me that you guys stripped the bolts or something and essentially broke the plastic housing underneath costing me $60 to replace the part when you already overcharged me for incomplete service. I will be disputing the charge to my card and recommending no one use this place. Extremely shady way of doing business and negligent.

My husband and I were on our way from Central Texas to Englewood Florida for vacation with friends…read morewhen our truck broke down on I-10 just west of Tallahassee. The awesome wrecker driver from Lawson's Paint and Body brought us to Powerhouse. As you can imagine,we were pretty frustrated. We were a day and a half into a long road trip, for vacation, and had no idea how serious the breakdown was. Both Jim, the owner, and Phil, the manager, went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and entertain us. The first thing Phil said when he introduced himself was "I want to put y'all at ease. " And he did. They have a really nice waiting room with sofas, a big screen tv, reading material, and a little kitchen.  Phil even offered -- no, almost insisted -- to bring us food from a nearby fast food place, though we declined. And the bathroom was clean and even smelled nice! Luckily, they were able to repair the truck relatively easily and quickly, just a couple of hours. They even off our transmission fluid. Importantly, they didn't have enough mechanics on duty at the time to get to us right away, but knowing that we were on the road and broken down and stuck, Jim did the repairs himself. When Phil noticed the Navy stickers on my husband's truck, they bonded over having been in the Navy at the same time, and gave us a military discount on the already VERY reasonable bill. Neither of us has EVER had such amazing service from auto repair, and we've had some great mechanics!

Attention parents who live afar with college students in Tally who are desperate to find a honest…read moreand trustworthy mechanic: This place doesn't deserve 5 stars, there should be an option for extra credit. 10/5!! Shop owners went above and beyond with one of my most valued gifts; my daughter. Took her car in for issues that we've been chasing for almost a year (at a different shop). I initially tried to give them a detailed description of all that has been done and luckily they asked to look at it with a 'fresh pair of eyes'. Much to my surprise, given the thousands of dollars I've already poured into this car, they FIXED it! Diagnostic took longer than the fix. This job required skilled and patient professionals, which is exactly what we got when we walked into this shop. Communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, I handed them a half broken key fob, which I forgot to tell them. As expected it broke after a test drive. When they called to notify me of what happened, I apologized profusely as it was MY fault. Now some of you may think, oh well, the key broke while in their possession, so it's their responsibility to fix it. I couldn't disagree more, however, they still took it upon themselves to get me a new key. Their rationale - I didn't need the added headache after all the trouble this car had already caused. I didn't think it was possible, there are still some businesses out there with integrity. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic to ensure my daughter is in a safe and functional vehicle.
