They are great at this location, my car burns oil really fast and they always help me with top off.

The team and management working on 1/10/26 at lunch was nothing short of kind and professional. You can tell customer service is priority. I'd really like to thank management for her making this such a smooth process as I had my baby in the car waiting with me. read more

Quick service offers water for the wait and lets you know next steps and recommendations

Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Work completed on a timely basis. Have been a customer for several years and was extremely disappointed that Mobil 1 oil is no longer available at the location I use for service. Do not believe the oils currently use by Take 5 are as good as Mobil 1 but the price they currently charged is still comparable to using Mobil 1. I will look for another location because of the switching of inferior oils in my opinion. read more

Jaden and the manager were very attentive towards the vehicles need and even recommended suggested service. I have a high maintenance car and made sure to point out every detail during the process of changing my oil. Usually I go somewhere different in terms of euro oil service , but in need of an important oil service they were very on point and would recommend their business. read more

I've been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes and they haven't even started working on my vehicle. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me. They seem professional, but this wait time is ridiculous and absolutely wasting my day. Incredibly disappointed. EDIT: I bumped it to a 3 star review because I asked for a discount and they gave me 20.00 dollars off my service as well as 20.00 dollars off my next service. Clearly they are just understaffed, but they are trying their best and once I GOT service they were friendly and good. read more

This is only for Take 5 Store #69 at 1732 E. 14th Street in Plano, TX, 75074. Joel was great! I went to another Take 5 location for two cars and they were not approved for State Inspection. I came here and Joel took care of me even when he was supposed to get off at three. Store location was very efficient. JohnK read more

You only pay Take 5 prices because you expect a quick oil change - so fast you can wait in the car without melting. However, the last two times I came to this location the wait was unreasonably long. Last time it was an hour, and today I got here at 4:13, and didn't get out of there until 5:31! The lady behind me just left after sitting in her hot car for 30 minutes. Good thing she left because it was another 45 minutes without no movement. People, the manager is kind, friendly, and professional, but who cares when you have to wait this long for a "ten minute" oil change that takes over an hour? And isn't it funny how they used to say it was five minutes? Ha! Now the website says ten minutes, but c'mon that was waaaay over ten minutes. Again, Sasha (the manager) was very professional, but without more workers, no one should go there unless you're lonely and need a way to empty your pockets and waste an hour and a half! Sorry, Take 5. Do better. read more

They ran out and we're out of regular oil but didn't tell me until they're halfway into the oil change. Of course they had premium oil which is $30 more than the regular oil. How could an oil place be out of oil? read more

I went to Take 5 #0069 in Plano TX. Worst experience EVER! There was one car in being serviced, and 1 in front of me. I wanted an oil change and emissions test. Should have known from the start it wasn't gonna be easy when the mechanic had trouble opening the hood! Then their system told them the wrong size oil filter. So they ask me if the engine had been replaced! Seriously! One guy did walk to Autozone and get the correct oil filter(Props There!) So, the oil change took over an hour, then another 20 minutes for the inspection. My patience was really gone at this point! Then he wants to sell me wind shield wipers and differential service. Tells me for recommends it every 3000 miles. Ford doesn't recommend any service every 3000 miles! For Ford vehicles, the general recommendation is to change the differential fluid every 150,000 miles under normal driving conditions, but more frequent changes (every 30,000 miles) are recommended for vehicles experiencing heavy towing, off-roading, or consistent 4WD engagement. Then the icing on the cake for me was the $10 coupon on the website! He told me I would have to go to the website and have it texted to my phone. My phone was at 8% at this point, I do it, get tired of waiting, so I tell him to ring me up, I just wont be back! I get the text after he is handing me my receipt. You would think he could have taken $10 off without having that text just to satisfy a customer that will never get that hour and a half back. May check with the Attorney General about lying about recommended service intervals. I need an oil change for my van and inspection. I will be taking care of that tomorrow, but it won't be at Take 5.... read more

I'm not sure what happened to this place , but I will never go back here. Last time I went , they stripped something when they did a basic oil change . I had to take it to my dealership to get this fixed . This has cost us $150 for their incompetence. Don't go here !!! read more

I waiting on my car to get my oil changed when it suddenly died. I opened the hood and tried to troubleshoot. Hunter came out to check and was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. This has got to be the worst place to take your car to get an oil change. Whole shop needs to change its name to 2 hour oil change. Sat in line for over an hour and a half. There is 0 effort in being efficient. This is not a place of convenience. If you're stopping here, plan to cut out 2 hours of your day !!!! I would recommend the owner come out and check on this shop ASAP read more

I would avoid this place specifically. This place is nothing but an up charge. Filters, oil, and coolant. Go somewhere else

If you're looking to get an oil change done efficiently and professionally, this is the spot. I have been looking for a place that has a solid reputation and takes care of the job quick. Not looking to be without my car for a whole day to get my oil changed if you know what I mean! I called in, Joel picked up and told me there wasn't a long wait, and he was right. Pulled right in and was politely greeted with a smile. These people got the job done quickly and I was able to get on with my day! read more

I have been using take 5 for about one year last month. Did a routine maintenance plus they recommend it to do differential service. I accept it now? I'm having problems with my rear differential. Now they're saying that they are not responsible for it. I will never Use their service again plano east jupiter and 15th street. read more

Gotta give these guys a bad review. They stripped the drain plug and the bolts to my kick plate when they changed my oil. I knew something was wrong when the guy was using a power wrench to put my kick plate back on. My oil pan bolt was not installed correctly and was leaking. They only put three bolts back in my kick plate. There were 6 in it when they took it off. read more

These guys made an oil change and didn't installed correctly the debris protector and they promised me to get me a new one but they never actually did it. I went 3 times over there and they just kept making excuses for about 3 months. Now is damaged because of this and nobody is taking any responsibility for it. This place is awesome. At first my googlemaps picked the nearest place to my location was kwik kar. The employees there were unprofessional and weren't opened when they said they would be. So I google mapped the next place which was Take5 oil change. This place is a game changer. You can actually sit in your car and drive into the bay while they change your oil. What a great concept! I wish we had a place like this in Arlington/Mansfield. The manager was great and very personal. Easy to talk to. He saw I had kids and gave my 7 year old fruit snacks and a juice pouch while they were servicing my vehicle. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area or if they open a location closer to me. This was probably the best oil change experience I've had, especially with 3 kids that I didn't have to get and in the car with. read more

The guys in there don't know what they are doing, they had one car this entire time we were in line, we waited for 1h and still had one car only, the guy told us that he only had one line open but someone park in the line besides us when the guy told us not to and they still give service to that person before us even though we already been there for 1h, overall terrible service and customer service. read more

Really impressed with this location. When I pulled up to ask for an inspection sticker, the employee told me to pull around. He must've noticed that I had my two kids in the car because when I pulled around he was there waiting with two bags of gummies and some water bottles. Just that small detail will keep me going back to them for oil changes in the future. Inside the waiting area was clean. There's chairs to sit on and watch TV while you wait. There were also crayons and coloring paper for the kids. read more

these guys took great and prompt care of me. come see them! I had a bad experience at the plano road location so they got me straight!

Steven, Donald and Paul went way above and beyond to help me with my son's car. I will keep going to these folks with ever car I have.

First timer but not a novice driver. I drive all over the US and do about 12-15,000 miles per month So that equals about 2-3 oil changes per month. Joel & Jordan are amazing and really care about your car and the driver. It was hands down the most notable oil change l have experienced. You literally stay in the car, you are warmly greeted and you get an ice cold water while you wait. I asked several question of Jordan while Joel was handling the oil change and Jordan was very attentive. Joel showed me how to reset my oil change alert so it wouldn't be driving me crazy and gave me a couple of hints. This location is my go to spot when I am in the area. THANK YOU!!!! read more

As soon as I turned the corner 2 pull in Mr Joel walked up 2 my car and said how may i help you. I told him what I was looking for and a man walked up behind him and gave me a bottle water. This location gets 5 stars. Rico, the manager is an exceptional Manager and just a great person. I've been here a few times and Customer Service was exceptional from him and his team. This is a happy place, full of positive energy. I do want to say something about the manager Rico, he went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle issues one morning. I got an oil change a couple of days prior to an incident that occurred on my way to work and called him to see if he had noticed any leaks or anything, since my car was overheating. It did not have anything to do with the oil change but BMWs are known for certain issues and this was one of them. I was stalled on the highway, parked on the access road of course, and when I told Mr. Rico what was going on, he asked where I was and offered to come out and check my engine for me. I was amazed. He did not have to do that, it was not the fault of this place that my car was overheating but for him to come out, which was a few miles from his location, and drove my car to see what was going on, called a few of his friends to get some prices for me because I have to change the thermostat and another issue. I mean he spent a good 30 minutes to make sure that all of my questions were answered, again, he did not have to do this because the issue didn't have anything to do with the oil change. But he went above and beyond, and come out to my location, look at my engine, make some calls to check prices, I mean what else can I say? I told a few of my friends about his service and all of them said one word, wow! This company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee and that knows what Customer Service really is. They will be missed as I am relocating to New Jersey. I only hope I can find someone as good as this location and as Mr. Rico up there as well. Thank you so much for all you've done you guys, keep up the great work. read more
