So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! When I called to question it, the owner was rude and dismissive, hiding behind "fine print" that still does not justify the upcharge or their lack of transparency. This is nothing more than bait-and-switch pricing. If you value honesty and clear pricing, stay far away and take your business elsewhere. When I took it in, the man told me they'd fix it, but it's gonna be awhile. When I asked how long, the man got mad at me as if I wasn't there because they broke it.
