So oil with splattering all over our engine!!!!! This could cost someone their motor!!! And do you really think Valvoline would pay for a new motor??? NO! The manager Noah was there both times.. either he does not know how to manage and train his people or he is just a bad manager. We will not go back.

While I had to wait about 10 minutes for my car to be serviced, I was offered a water and the time moved quickly. It is important to note there was only one person working and two cars in before me.
