We waited almost an hour with only 2 cars ahead of us. 1 guy was telling us about the overtime hours he had to work and how he gets commission (which would make you think he'd work faster instead of visit). He was also telling people that drove up it would be over an hour wait so most left. He also vaped while on the job which really doesn't matter to me it's just so unprofessional. In Mississippi several times per year and always got the oil changes at Take 5 as opposed to home in NY. Give me the BS of NY and the higher prices any day of the week. 50 minutes, when people are walking around yapping, to do an oil change is ridiculous. First the attendant came out to my car in the rain to bring me a bottle of water. That got them five stars from the jump. Once I got into the bay quick and efficient, asked me before doing anything. I been coming to this place for a while now ever since I moved out here to change the oil for my second car. Pretty simple concept drive up to the garage spaces where there's 3 spots available for service. All the times I been greeted and offered a bottle water. They provide oil change service, air filter replacements, and windshield wiper replacements. There is different kinds of oil to choose from such as the most basic oil to the high mileage oil. All the workers are very knowledgeable and professional and very friendly all the times I been as well. The service usually last no longer then 15 minutes and your in and out before you know it. Took my truck there for 3 straight oil changes and will never go back nor will I recommend them to any friends or enemies. Second visit I realized they left off cap and I said to myself "well it's a mistake and I survived so no biggie". Third visit we realized they Stripped out bolts then asked me who changed my oil last. When I said "Well, you did ." They just shook their heads and said that it wasn't them. He answered all my questions in a very informed manner and there was no pressure for an up-sell, which I greatly appreciate. I would give them zero stars if I could, because I never even made it far enough to get an oil change. I pulled up this morning, with it being my first time visiting after recently moving here, I wasn't sure where they wanted me to pull up. I rolled down the window and asked the gentlemen, "hi, I'm looking to get an oil change." The gentlemen threw his hands up and yelled in the most condescending tone, "well pull up!" I said, "ok which one do you want me to pull up to?" They had cones blocking each stall, and a car in one of them. He yelled again, "PULL UP!" Louder. So I did the hand motion like which one? And he proceeded to say, "you can go ahead and leave and have a nice day." I said, "ok thanks?" And left. I hope there was some sort of miscommunication or he was having an off day, but regardless he was rude and condescending, and clearly not in the mood to have another customer. read more
