Especially after being given my car back with a hole in the radiator, the 2nd USED radiator also had a hole, so he had to FINALLY order a new radiator to install. 0/10 recommend and if you're wondering why he's a cash only business, you'll definitely find out. His USED parts have a "30 day warranty", so after that I guess you'll just have to see him in court. What used to be a trusted place of business is now disgusting and lazy. Definitely NOT worth the stress or headache, save your time and money and find somebody RELIABLE!

They sent someone to me to assess the problem, jumped off my car and followed me to the shop. After assuring me that they knew the issue, they offered to drop me and my daughter at the beach so we could enjoy our vacation while they fixed the car. A few hours later, they called and came to pick us up at the same beach location. Service was no-nonsense, and repair costs were very reasonable. But most importantly - these people know how to do customer service!! Thank you to Russell and Joyce (and the rest of the Mr. B's staff) for saving our vacation day and taking care of us! You've reminded me that people still do offer exceptional customer service these days!

Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle.
