lemmeeee tell yall about a family owned business that has been here ever since i was a kid and i am nooo spring chicken... this is the second visit for me but this visit in particular was for services on My vehicle.. i broke down and called the tow co. told him where i wanted to go... i was down in vancleave but since i took my daughters vehicle there with great service, it was the right thing to do ... the tow driver concurred he worked there in the 80's and he loved it. told me alot of the family worked there... i already knew he was fair.. Mr. Mark was awesome . kept me updated.. gave me estimates.. ALOT and the price was fair !! all the wok performed , i would say he is a competitor with the local dealerships but staying power is a super power these days !!! !! and ( to me) it was fast !! i wish i could give him more than 5 stars... why?? because i worked for a dealership for nearly 28 years and i never received that kind of service ever ever ever ever ever.. so, please support the small businesses... small yet so so so soo so big !! i will be returning, even if its just for an oil change, new tires or rotations AND i will tell anyone who asks, who should i recommend.. Visiting Biloxi and our air stopped cooling. I had a list of places some that were no longer at address listed. One told me it would take 2 hours to add Freon and comeback tomorrow. I never heard of Freon taking that long. Ended up at David Poulos. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, waited on me promptly, took my car in within 5 minutes, added Freon and had us on our way in no time to continue enjoying our vacation. If I lived in this city this would be my go to place. Now I can't say he'll get you in and out quickly, but I believe you will have a great and honest experience. Thank you so much. read more

I brought my vehicle in because the transmission was leaking. I took it here on the recommendation of a friend. I paid $397 for what I thought was a transmission service. A month later when my vehicle went out, I called and told them what happened and discovered, they didn't check the transmission and that they only replaced the transmission fluid lines to keep it from leaking. Wait! $400 to replace lines and not even service the transmission? "No ma'am, we don't do that". Why didn't you tell me that when I brought my vehicle to you? "We wrote it on the ticket". Oh, the ticket I paid after you too my money? In times like these, it's important that businesses remain honest. People are looking for deals but if your deal means I end up paying more anyway, please just say you don't do the service and let me go someplace else. read more

Super nice and super quick. I had them change my oil and do my front brakes. Also they looked at my leaky power steering. They found a leaky hose and replaced it. A garage i took it to previously said it was a bad seal and wanted to charge me $900 to fix it. I'm very happy with their service and they saved me a bunch of money! read more

Be very careful when purchasing a state inspection stickers. The auto service will suggest they can not issue a inspection Sticker because you may a rip in your windshield wiper. They stock wipers on there premises... I have sent friends to this place to see if check if they routinely checks for rips in the wiper blades.. They do not! in summary--- the business is not performing uniform inspection procedures on every vechile and/or its a prelude to a scam to generate $ for business. (you make the call) read more

David C I don't recommend bringing your vehicle here. There are no appointments and no guarantee they will even work on your vehicle that day. Called later in the afternoon to check on vehicle and was told they had not even started on it yet. I had planned to go see my aged family but due to them doing this to me, I now had to work on the vehicle on the day I was going to see family. I would have been better to try and do the job myself than to bring the vehicle here. Beware if you are in a hurry and have to get something done right away. read more

Do not, i repeat do not take your car here. After purchasing a new set of tires for my vehicle I took my car here for a front end alighnment. My front tires started wearing on the edge almost immediately. I took my car to another shop with a seasoned professional who was ASE certified for front ends. I was informed that the kid at Poulos had mis-aligned my front end causing rapid wear on the outside edge of my brand new tires, by the time I realized the problem it was too late. I spoke to the owner who blamed me for hitting a pothole or running over something. They also did some cooling work on my friends car and later found out that they had left the radiator cap off! If you value your car and your pocketbook steer clear of these guys. read more
