The noise was still there after 4 months I finally get to bring it back the springs was rubbing on the lift. She should have never said anything. I didn't recommend to any other friends because service wasn't great. I paid in full too no Dow payment or anything. Service and knowledge must be worked on.

It all started with the great and no pressure customer service that I received. I had a lift, wheels, tire carrier and other suspension parts installed. They did excellent job and went over everything with me. I had a minor issue a few weeks later, that wasn't their fault but I was able to bring the Jeep back at my convenience and they fixed the issue right away. I will use them again for any other Offroad accessories I do to my jeep.

At first, he refused to answer my question over the phone and insisted that I come in person to get help. I explained that I was driving on a spare tire that seemed too small for my SUV. I could only safely go about 49 mph, while the highway speed limit is 70. I didn't want to risk driving several cities over only to find out they didn't have the tire I needed. After some back and forth, he finally admitted they did not have the trim I was looking for. He mentioned they did have a tire that was technically compatible with my vehicle, but not with the trim of my other three tires. If I had followed his initial advice and made the drive, it would have been a complete waste of time. He could definitely benefit from more training in phone etiquette and communication when speaking with potential customers.
