I explained to him that I had checked my air pressure and the next morning it was flat. He said they were not busy and should be able to get it right in. I called twice during the day to check on the status and was told that they had to get big ticket items in first. At 5:30 PM they called and said it was ready and that it was just the valve stem leaking. They did not charge me, but I was very aggravated that they took other vehicles first because they were big ticket items. My truck could have been fixed in 30 minutes or less had they taken it in like they told me earlier.

Then they found the problem. After a fair estimate, lower than two other estimates , they quickly corrected problem. It was actually nine dollars less than the estimate. How often does that happen? They were quick and if they can't fix it, they know somebody who can help you. Miss Christine said it best, "If you give a fair deal, the customer comes back". if you're having car problems, it would be a smart move on your part to have them take a look and give you an estimate. Having a sick car is a scary situation that nobody wants to be in, but unfortunately, we all have been in that same situation. Give them the opportunity and you can thank me later.

Recommend making an appointment; they appear to be busy most of the time. However, even with an appointment you may be waiting a while if they get behind. They also replace/repair tires and perform some basic auto services like shocks, alignments, AC service and brakes. Steve, who is the manager, seems nice and knowledgeable. Appears he's been there for decades. Once they got my car into a work bay they completed the oil change in 20-25 minutes. Seems like a good place to get an oil change or other basic vehicle maintenance services. My only complaint is the mechanic used the hood support rod, which I had strapped down to prevent its use, and this caused the gas lifts (which hold the hood up) to be pulled away from their attachment points and one was slightly damaged.

I've only taken my car to your establishment for tires and or flats for years now and when studs start snapping off because you over torque them with impact wrenches then you need to turn them down. If not then you should either replace the studs at cost or reimburse the customer for getting them fixed. Estimates can vary wildly depending on which wheel it broke on. The front wheel on certain cars require a total hub replacement which can run several hundred dollars. Your excuse is that you don't fix them but the studs are breaking because your impact wrenches are turned up too much. If you can't fix what you're breaking because you're equipment is turned up to high then you should pay or reimburse the customer for fixing your screw up. The customer should not have to eat the cost of replacing a stud or studs because of your negligence.
