I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I brought my car in expecting a straightforward repair, but not only was the original issue *not* fixed, the condition of my vehicle actually got worse. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed new, unexplained damage to the body that absolutely was not there before. When I brought this up, I received no clear explanation or accountability...just vague responses and a lack of concern. It's extremely frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle and end up with more problems than you started with. Between the unresolved repair and the additional damage, I cannot recommend this place. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want reliable service and peace of mind. read more

They did not fix my AC but still charged me $500. First they cleared the lines that was $231. It didn't work so they assumed it was the compressor. Tried to charge $800 for a $150 compressor so I bought it myself. They installed it for $351. It blows hot now and they said they THINK its the condenser and expansion valve and want to charge $1,930 more. They do not know what they are doing. read more

Brought our Cadillac up there for work and we got the car back. We noticed all the chrome lug nuts were missing and replaced with rusted ones. Also a wheel well panel on the right wheel well was missing and the other side only had two bolts in it so be sure and check your stuff before it leaves. read more

I was told my tires would be in stock, appt would be an hour and a half, quoted a diff (lower price) when I called and made my appoint. 9am: I arrive at my appointment time to be told 1. the tire isn't in stock 2. salesman quoted me almost $200 more than I was originally told. 3. he had to travel to Biloxi to get the paragon tire 4. they would at least start the oil change. 9:50am 1. car still sitting in lot. 2. I called to verify the quote I received and he indeed was going to charge me more. 3. I walked around to the garage to find the man that told me he was going to Biloxi to pick up the tires still standing there dilly dallying. he told me he would be back in an hour yet almost an hour later he's standing in the garage? red flags all the way. unacceptable. unprofessional. will not give them my service again. read more

Both times my issue was fixed quickly, even though they were quite busy, and both times I received a courteous phone call to let me know my vehicle was repaired and ready. Well I was told that someone from management at delta world tire would get ahold of me and discuss a few things. Ok it's been 15 days now and nothing. I'm not feeling a lot of confidence from a place that I went to for a good many years. Over the course of 20 years give or take I've spent at least 10 grand or so. Brought my car in for an alignment after replacement of tie rods, after my vehicle was put on the back burner so the tech could work on his girlfriends vehicle and telling the company I did not want to buy tires just yet, I was told that he was unable to align the vehicle because "too many things were wrong with the vehicle", even though there was nothing wrong with the vehicle other than needing an alignment and front tires. I will never do business with this company again. read more

This is the second time I've visited Gulfport and had car trouble. The first time, my car overheated. This time, my speedometer quit working. Vern & his mechanics were awesome! The first time, they worked on my car for 3 days but couldn't get my car to overheat while they had it. They did several flushings of the one year old radiator. This time, my speedometer started working just before I got to their business. They ran all kinds of tests but couldn't find anything. Although they spent their time & energy on my car, they didn't charge me a dime. They gave me a ride back to my daughter's home & picked me up when it was time. Good, honest, polite, gentlemen...that's how I would describe everyone at Delta World Tires. Thank y'all! read more
