Used this place all the time for My oil changes I even have a review from 2018 on here which shows how long I've gone here... so first thing the last time they left my engine cap off and oil spilled everywhere on everything under my hood, not a problem I over looked it glad I caught it and left it at that! Now I went two days ago and noticed oil on my driveway when I left my house so I took it to my brother to check it for me and oil drainage pipe wasn't even on, and he must have hand tightened the bolt because it came lose while I was driving. Thankfully it was all caught when it was. Needless to said looking for a new shop! read more

Imagine spending almost $1000 to get your car fixed, and the car is still not fixed. Charged for labor, shop supplies, and $500 for parts. The general manager is working on cars, is he a licensed mechanic, don't know. I am contacting my lawyer tomorrow to look into this. read more

Negative stars should be a thing. I used this place twice...giving the benefit of doubt, after the first horrible experience. Experience 1: took 3 months to get my car repaired. It was a 1 hour job...spark plugs and a coil pack. They never called with updates. They left their lunch containers in my car, with food and maggots inside. They lost my car key with a very sentimental key ring on it. And when I asked them about it, they said "this is the key you gave us". Then, the dude charges me $300 claiming that they didn't charge labor...yeah right guy. Spark plugs are $10 a piece and the coil pack is only $50. With no labor, the charge should have been $100. Experience 2: vehicle still there, after 3 months. Now, this is a more significant electrical repair but they will not call with updates. 25 days ago, I called the guy to let him know I'll be back in town, in 15 days, and would like to get my car then. He ensured it will be finished. I returned home, waited for his call....nothing. I assumed it wasn't finished so, I waited 8 more day before calling. The car is still not finished. Please, save yourself time, money and unnecessary irritation, do not use this place. Use "Sealy's" a few blocks north. They are more professional, customer oriented, and capable. It would not hurt my feelings, at all, if Precision Auto shut down, very soon. read more

Do not come to this auto shop!! They lost my car keys (which are very hard to get re-programmed as my car isn't made anymore) and they lost my apartment keys!! The worst part is they refused to reimburse me for this. I'm out a few hundred dollars for my car keys and out a couple more for the service they did on my car, which wasn't even great. My service engine light turned back on the next day. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had hard time deciding between 3 and 4 stars, but decided 4. I took my older truck in due to misfires. They first said it was the coil pack and replaced it. It was worse than when I brought it in. I took it back and they ran through it again. THis time they replaced plugs (which were replaced by them last year) and the spark plug wires. It was the wires all along. Thus I paid for more than I needed technically. That said, they cut me a discount for my trouble and they were diligent on figuring it out. I am not upset about having new ignition parts due to age of vehicle. They were professional and polite. I will go back. read more

I'm not sure if the guy that serviced my car was even an employee-as he was dressed in regular street clothes. I have been coming here since I moved to Gulfport and I have always been very happy with their service. I have had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Pretty simple stuff for them at least but I have had horror stories at other places like Walmart over the years. Anyway I definitely recommend this place for basic services and hopefully if I ever need anything more they will be just as good. This is by far the most honest service station I've been to. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and very professional. I was a walk in but got in and out quickly. They explained everything on my bill and even made adjustments on things I felt weren't covered by the service. I would recommend them to everybody. read more

They gave us a fair price and were very friendly about everything. This place is great. I have stopped by twice. 1st time was to get an oil change quote for a VW Jetta TDI. Second visit was just as good if not better than first. Had a check engine light come on in a fairly new vehicle. Skyler checked it out, ordered a sensor, and I returned about 2 hours later. He installed it himself in about 15 mins, and I couldn't believe how cheap it was. These guys are not out to rip you off. They provide a service at an INCREDIBLY affordable price. I have met two honest mechanics in my time and Skyler is one of them. Getting oil changed here in our TDI soon. This will be the only place I go for auto work. I'm really glad we found this shop. They had the European diagnostic system necessary to deal with my SUV's issue and did the work quickly for an EXTREMELY reasonable fee. My only complaint is that I'm going to have to go back again to have them take care of something I'd hoped they could take care of this time.
