I have been coming here since I moved to Gulfport and I have always been very happy with their service. I have had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Pretty simple stuff for them at least but I have had horror stories at other places like Walmart over the years. Anyway I definitely recommend this place for basic services and hopefully if I ever need anything more they will be just as good. Check in here to get a $3.00 off oil change Now that's not something you don't see too often in Gulfport and I love it! (Yelp offers) read more

I wasn't even sure they would be open today. I might have been at work with a straight up attitude today. They were nothing but smiley faces ready to work. Thanks for being open. I needed an oil change. I literally had been trying for over a month. Almost 2 months. My own shade tree Machanic, Take 5, and a few other places said they couldn't change my oil. In less than 30 minutes, my oil was changed. Precision got the job done. Whatever the others couldn't figure out, get off, or whatever, Precision, said... hold my wrench! Thanks a lot! I appreciate it. read more

Precision Tune Auto Care is the only place in town to take your auto to be service. Jeff is the best with the old school quality of care of my automobile in which is refreshing to experience. And not forget the rest of the Precision Team that had partaking in the care of my automobile me and my family are very grateful for you all. Thank You!!!!! read more

Aaron was super helpful and cared that I needed to get my car back quick for work. they are very military friendly and give a 10% discount. Great place , Give Aaron a raise ! read more

Used this place all the time for My oil changes I even have a review from 2018 on here which shows how long I've gone here... so first thing the last time they left my engine cap off and oil spilled everywhere on everything under my hood, not a problem I over looked it glad I caught it and left it at that! Now I went two days ago and noticed oil on my driveway when I left my house so I took it to my brother to check it for me and oil drainage pipe wasn't even on, and he must have hand tightened the bolt because it came lose while I was driving. Thankfully it was all caught when it was. Needless to said looking for a new shop! read more

Imagine spending almost $1000 to get your car fixed, and the car is still not fixed. Charged for labor, shop supplies, and $500 for parts. The general manager is working on cars, is he a licensed mechanic, don't know. I am contacting my lawyer tomorrow to look into this. read more

Negative stars should be a thing. I used this place twice...giving the benefit of doubt, after the first horrible experience. Experience 1: took 3 months to get my car repaired. It was a 1 hour job...spark plugs and a coil pack. They never called with updates. They left their lunch containers in my car, with food and maggots inside. They lost my car key with a very sentimental key ring on it. And when I asked them about it, they said "this is the key you gave us". Then, the dude charges me $300 claiming that they didn't charge labor...yeah right guy. Spark plugs are $10 a piece and the coil pack is only $50. With no labor, the charge should have been $100. Experience 2: vehicle still there, after 3 months. Now, this is a more significant electrical repair but they will not call with updates. 25 days ago, I called the guy to let him know I'll be back in town, in 15 days, and would like to get my car then. He ensured it will be finished. I returned home, waited for his call....nothing. I assumed it wasn't finished so, I waited 8 more day before calling. The car is still not finished. Please, save yourself time, money and unnecessary irritation, do not use this place. Use "Sealy's" a few blocks north. They are more professional, customer oriented, and capable. It would not hurt my feelings, at all, if Precision Auto shut down, very soon. read more

Do not come to this auto shop!! They lost my car keys (which are very hard to get re-programmed as my car isn't made anymore) and they lost my apartment keys!! The worst part is they refused to reimburse me for this. I'm out a few hundred dollars for my car keys and out a couple more for the service they did on my car, which wasn't even great. My service engine light turned back on the next day. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had hard time deciding between 3 and 4 stars, but decided 4. I took my older truck in due to misfires. They first said it was the coil pack and replaced it. It was worse than when I brought it in. I took it back and they ran through it again. THis time they replaced plugs (which were replaced by them last year) and the spark plug wires. It was the wires all along. Thus I paid for more than I needed technically. That said, they cut me a discount for my trouble and they were diligent on figuring it out. I am not upset about having new ignition parts due to age of vehicle. They were professional and polite. I will go back. read more

I'm being very lenient with giving 2 stars, because I don't want to be too hard on them. The lead has a potty mouth, and obviously lacked professionalism. I'm not sure if the guy that serviced my car was even an employee-as he was dressed in regular street clothes. Went there because my husband wanted to save some money, but I guess u really do get what u pay for. Unfortunately, I WILL NOT be recommending them or ever returning. read more

This is by far the most honest service station I've been to. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and very professional. I was a walk in but got in and out quickly. They explained everything on my bill and even made adjustments on things I felt weren't covered by the service. I would recommend them to everybody. read more

I went to get a oil change and they left my oil cap off and it made my truck smoke and oil was all

Quick and polite. Reasonably priced. They recommended I go to the dealer because one of my car's issues might be still under warranty, which was nice of them because they could have just charged me for it. Will definitely be back. read more

Precision Tune Auto took great car of our car and service! We took our car in with a check engine light and they fixed the problem within 2 hours. They gave us a fair price and were very friendly about everything. We had our check engine light come on again and took it back the next day and Adrian took a look at it and replaced a faulty part free of charge! Great service over all! read more

This place is great. I have stopped by twice. 1st time was to get an oil change quote for a VW Jetta TDI. Second visit was just as good if not better than first. Had a check engine light come on in a fairly new vehicle. Skyler checked it out, ordered a sensor, and I returned about 2 hours later. He installed it himself in about 15 mins, and I couldn't believe how cheap it was. These guys are not out to rip you off. They provide a service at an INCREDIBLY affordable price. I have met two honest mechanics in my time and Skyler is one of them. Getting oil changed here in our TDI soon. This will be the only place I go for auto work. And I will refer anyone I can to them. read more

The guys here are always great, friendly, and prompt. I wouldn't recommend any other shop for services on their car at a valuable price. I went in for an oil change and the ttech James even took a minute to putt a front tag on my car cause I didn't kNow how. It's the little things!! read more

They gave me a price for a replacement part. When they found it cheaper, they passed the savings on to me. Faster than expected service too. They'll have my business as long as they keep up that level of integrity and professionalism. read more

Extremely fast service. Walked in with no appointment on Saturday afternoon for oil change and tire rotation. It was completed within 15 minutes. Prices are cheap compared to what I'm used to paying. Definitely coming back in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

Great and quick service with friendly staff! Had to go in to check on why my engine was rattling and they were able to get me diagnosed quick. Thought it would take about a whole day to get it fixed but they made sure to get the right parts in today and quick. It's really appreciated. read more

These guys are awesome! After a nightmarish experience, trying to get my Prius fixed at another mechanic, they helped me get back on the road! Thanks to their honesty and integrity they saved me thousands of dollars after being misdiagnosed from a crooked mechanic in Metairie. They were patient with my many phone calls and questions. I'm so grateful to these guys. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone! read more

Fantastic service!! Just moved here and they got me in and out pretty fast considering how busy they were. Not bad for a walk in.

I had to bring my husband car along with me car as well back to a different shop due to the fact the techs here did not properly replace the filter back on my husband car. My car was leaking as well! When we brought the car back to them and informed them that we had issues with the car since the services they had provided their response was...All they had to do was tighten the part back on!" read more

The staff are very unprofessional. The service writer is very inappropriate. Too "friendly" with the male customers and fellow employees. Very disgusting and unprofessional. read more

I'm really glad we found this shop. They had the European diagnostic system necessary to deal with my SUV's issue and did the work quickly for an EXTREMELY reasonable fee. My only complaint is that I'm going to have to go back again to have them take care of something I'd hoped they could take care of this time. I'd definitely recommend them to to anyone looking for a mechanic. read more
