    Fantastic service!! Just moved here and they got me in and out pretty fast considering how busy they were. Not bad for a walk in.

With the service engine light on recently and knowing that after auto zone's no return of problems and Googl-ing it returned that as long as it wasn't blinking...that's all I cared about in order to drive it to you to figure it out. As mentioned, and you sold me with your trust as a female when one of your mechanics said after half a year had gone by way back when I first bought this car and I assumed surely it needed an oil change even though the mileage wasn't up yet. You guys checked everything and said I really didn't need it but when I was back in town the next month to get it done then. That's customer service. Even yesterday, he hook up to figure out what was really wrong with my car was explained and why the $35 charge for you guys to do it checks things that Autozone does not. Then like magic all the exclamation marks were shown to me. It's just a huge relief to have Ray's in my phone & on Yelp for standby in case phone kicks it.

Not only have…read moreI been told my car would be fixed by a certain date (which has gone and passed by at least a week), I have been treated like a second rate citizen by a certain person. The mechanics have been great, but I feel as if customer service has been thrown out the window. I should have been called and kept up to date on the progress of getting parts, and now getting the work done. I have complained to several people--names I will not share, but nothing has changed. I really like the mechanics here. They do great work and are fairly quick about it too. I just wish they were quick about work they have already started, but as of yet not finished.

    GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE A 0 IS NOT ALLOWED! I scheduled an…read moreappointment with the Store Manager Mike on Sunday 9/7 as i was having my vehicle towed to their location for a diagnostic. He was extremely helpful and got me scheduled for Wednesday 9/10 and he went as far as telling me that I wasn't required to be present when the car arrived and they would get the car checked out and a follow up call would be made to give me an update on their findings. Well, the tow truck was a little delayed this morning and when I called Firestone to inform them that the driver was headed their way with the vehicle I was told by Chris who I later found out was the service manager that I would need to be present to sign the car in. I explained to him that Mike, STORE MANAGER told me that this was not necessary as I reiterate that I am a current customer. I told him that I was heading to work which is about 30 minutes from my home and he said I'm sorry you will need to be here. Once I got off the road I placed a second call to Firestone to speak with Mike and was told that he is off until Friday. As the frustration set in, I began to again repeat the conversation to Chris and he then says that Mike doesn't always give accurate information and goes on to say that he "Chris" does things the right way and he runs a tight ship and an autograph must be received before any car enters his shop. As someone who works in Human Resources, I found Chris's comments about his store manager to be completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and unprofessional. To speak poorly of a manager in front of a customer is not only inappropriate, but it also reflects extremely poorly on your company! I ultimately chose to take my vehicle to Goodyear, where the experience was handled very differently. They registered my vehicle over the phone, without requiring my physical presence, and provided a smooth and professional customer service experience!

    how is this place still in business? oh wait, I know how,…read moredesperate people. my car literally got a flat tire by their shop on 49. the tire was not even flat but my low tire light came on. this happened at the light on 90 & 49 and I was turning left (north) to head to haddiesburg. I only had to drive a few blocks to the shop. I pulled in and asked for service. I found a nail in the center of the tread of a rear tire. seemed like a simple plug fix. the dude said I needed a new tire and they could not "plug" it due to the location. they wanted $149 for a tire plus mount and balance. WTF I said no and left. stopped a few blocks down at a used tire shop and the guy there plugged it for me and charged me $8. I was so happy I gave him a $20 and a hug. he said there was no reason it could not be plugged and sounded like a upsell for a new tire! places that do this are the worst. this shop is awful so my advice is drive a few block more to the used tire shop on the right and they will take care of you with a smile.
