Then they found the problem. After a fair estimate, lower than two other estimates , they quickly corrected problem. It was actually nine dollars less than the estimate. How often does that happen? Miss Christine said it best, "If you give a fair deal, the customer comes back". if you're having car problems, it would be a smart move on your part to have them take a look and give you an estimate. Having a sick car is a scary situation that nobody wants to be in, but unfortunately, we all have been in that same situation. Give them the opportunity and you can thank me later.

I wouldn't trust this place for much more than an oil change…read more I'm not sure whether incompetence or maliciousness but I was taken advantage of. I had both rear springs go out. Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

If you guys and other places that work on tire replacements then you should turn the settings on…read moreyour impact wrenches down to where it's close to the recommended torque on lug nuts for most cars and trucks. I've only taken my car to your establishment for tires and or flats for years now and when studs start snapping off because you over torque them with impact wrenches then you need to turn them down. If not then you should either replace the studs at cost or reimburse the customer for getting them fixed. Estimates can vary wildly depending on which wheel it broke on. The front wheel on certain cars require a total hub replacement which can run several hundred dollars. Your excuse is that you don't fix them but the studs are breaking because your impact wrenches are turned up too much. If you can't fix what you're breaking because you're equipment is turned up to high then you should pay or reimburse the customer for fixing your screw up. The customer should not have to eat the cost of replacing a stud or studs because of your negligence.

His USED parts have a "30 day warranty", so after that I guess you'll just have to see him in court. What used to be a trusted place of business is now disgusting and lazy.
