I mostly agree with the other reviewers about the integrity of the shop. We brought one of our vehicles in for a safety check before traveling. Altough they accurately diagnosed a few needed repairs, they also automatically added a tune-up and oil change based on odometer rather than necessity. However, when explained that have both have been done recently, they took them off, pending what they see when they perform the repairs. The price was slightly higher than a shop down the street, but still comparable and Goodyear has a couple of things in their favor. Firstly, they gave the choice of waiting there or offering a ride home since the work would take at least half a day. Secondly, for those who do stay in the waiting room, there is NO news, politics, etc. on their TV and we totally applaud this policy! It is so much calmer to be there without cable news or political shows blaring. It helps to keep the mood light and to avoid potential conflicts and stress, especially since folks aren't always in their happiest state when dealing with maintenance and repairs. Mike and his crew treated me right today. Rear tire was going flat after I ran over a screw, and this team removed the screw and repaired the tire FOR FREE. I stopped in Monday with a flat tire I needed replaced or repaired so I could travel back to Florida. I first spoke to James who was so kind and helpful. Demetrius started working on my tire immediately. I walked in expecting to be told I would need a new tire which from my research would have cost close to $200. No when Mark told me I was ready in less than 40 minutes and my cost was $25, I almost cried! I left and felt something just wasn't right, I called Mark requested I return and after checking I was on my way again. I truly recommend Goodyear at 2585 Pass Rd if you are in Biloxi and need assistance. By the way I actually had an appointment at Firestone just 2 blocks down but they did not honor my appointment or care to assist other than suggesting I find another shop if I couldn't wait a couple of hours for a flat repair. After waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change my mother called me and I spoke with a gentleman named Mike. I inquired why the service was taking so long and was quickly informed that "she didn't go to a quick lube" and that "service will never be fast at Goodyear." The attitude in which this subpar customer service message was delivered was the icing on the cake. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else where you are treated with respect and where people set clear expectations for customers. Never again!!!! read more

Mike and his staff are superb when it comes to customer service. I have had several major repairs done on my 2005 Nissan Altima including replacing the entire a/c system, and repairing a major exhaust leak which included changing out the spark plugs, ignition coils, a bad exhaust seal, and a cat convertor. At 260k+ I am confident my car will last at least another year or two. They are the only shop I take my car too, and I pass up a Goodyear near my home to go them. I wish their were more honest and fair shops out there, but if you come here, it's fair, reasonable and work done with integrity! read more

They saved my vacation! At the end of the first day of a 2 week road trip we hit a nail on the road. I brought my car into their shop on a rainy day at 5:45 and they removed the nail, patched the tired, and got my family back on the road. And all at no cost. Amazing guys! The manager even let my two young kids roll tired around in the shop and hide in them as they were bored from the road trip. It turned what could have been a disaster into a a great experience with a great team. Can't recommend them enough! read more

Horrible experience. These people will take advantage of you if they think they can. Went in for an alignment and the car was only there for 30 minutes before they showed it to us and told us we would need all the tires replaced. Paid them and went on our way. When we had the car looked at by another place we were told we only needed one tire replaced (after we already bought 4 new tires to have installed) and that there was no way possible they did an alignment in that short amount of time. We went back to Goodyear to confront them and we spoke to JAMES. He proceeded to tell us that the service was done even tho he advised against it and told us the service wouldn't fix the problem. He didn't tell us that when we initially went in for the service. This is what happens when you walk into Goodyear lookin like you don't know anything about cars. You get Füçkęd, and they don't even buy you dinner first. Lesson learned. read more
