Mr. Mark was awesome . kept me updated.. gave me estimates.. Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

I broke down on the freeway and ended up there by miracle and God. A hose came off and there was…read moresmoke everywhere. Plastic clips needed replacing, they all needed to be redone. The coolant just kept dumping on the motor so it had to be steam cleaned as well. The job was done in a half hour and I was out of there inside of an hour. Priced right. Kevin asked me if I could hear that sound and I said yeah that sound drives me crazy. Well it turned out I came back a week later and needed a belt replaced but the timing belt was put on wrong not replaced with the original in November and it was tearing up everything. After being guided into the bay, the guys got me entered into the system and began my oil change. I got the Mobil 1 high mileage oil. All of the workers communicated amongst each other and seemed to work really well together. They checked over my air filter, tire pressure, and wipers as well. I chose not to change my air filter or wipers. At the conclusion of my service, I showed my military ID and got a military discount I paid and was then guided out of the bay. I'll definitely return here for future oil changes.
