I wouldn't trust this place for much more than an oil change…read more I'm not sure whether incompetence or maliciousness but I was taken advantage of. I had both rear springs go out. Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

For starters I had to add this business to Yelp in order to tell everyone about their poor Customer Service. GO TO SOUTHERN TIRE INSTEAD. Much nicer. I went by at about 1 pm on a Sat and they were closed. Went by the next week and the dude made excuses as to WHY they don't open longer on sat or even during the week. Recommend hire more people as all inside said they are alway too busy. May take a couple hours even if I order tires ahead of time. Needs new ownership or MGT before I EVER consider them. And I just retired here and already purchased $2000 worth of tire for SUV and boat trailer. read more

Got new tires from them a few months ago and they were the only place that seemed to be reasonably priced. Recently ran over a nail and bought a spare (from a junkyard) with a bad valve stem and they fixed both for no cost. Amazing customer service! read more

They did not charge me, but I was very aggravated that they took other vehicles first because they were big ticket items. I am very pleased with the Blackhawk tires, smooth ride, absorbs bumps well, but when the tire pressure sensors were put back in one went bad and the other tire was showing too much PSI. I brought my car back after driving it around for a few minutes and they checked it out. I was informed the small battery went dead in the one (common after so many years) and maybe the other tire was overfilled(?). I was given a discount on a new TPS for the tire. Very good service, everyone was very friendly and professional and I think the prices are fair. You can also find discounts on their website. Be prepared for a wait when you go.
