Then they found the problem. After a fair estimate, lower than two other estimates , they quickly corrected problem. It was actually nine dollars less than the estimate. How often does that happen? They were quick and if they can't fix it, they know somebody who can help you. Miss Christine said it best, "If you give a fair deal, the customer comes back". if you're having car problems, it would be a smart move on your part to have them take a look and give you an estimate. Having a sick car is a scary situation that nobody wants to be in, but unfortunately, we all have been in that same situation. Give them the opportunity and you can thank me later.

Especially after being given my car back with a hole in the radiator, the 2nd USED radiator also had a hole, so he had to FINALLY order a new radiator to install. 0/10 recommend and if you're wondering why he's a cash only business, you'll definitely find out. His USED parts have a "30 day warranty", so after that I guess you'll just have to see him in court. What used to be a trusted place of business is now disgusting and lazy. Definitely NOT worth the stress or headache, save your time and money and find somebody RELIABLE!

I wouldn't trust this place for much more than an oil change…read more I'm not sure whether incompetence or maliciousness but I was taken advantage of. I had both rear springs go out. Joe's fixed them but failed to mention that the upper control arms and links were broken, allowing the whole rear end to move around. The drive shaft was damaged at the U-joint, and the differential pinion seal was busted so the rear differential was leaking. They said nothing and charged four-digits for the repair of the springs. I paid thinking this would resolve my issues; instead, I drove off their lot with a heavy and persistent vibration throughout the vehicle. The dealership I took the vehicle to next couldn't believe nothing was said about all of the other damage that was plainly visible. I do not recommend service here beyond rudimentary maintenance such as an oil change or tire rotation. To do it all over again I would have called a tow-truck.

Going to Orlando, FL from Gulfport, MS the a / c cooling really subsided. Fortunately the shop was open and he explained the thermostat was on its last legs now that the rest of the system was repaired, as we discussed. he told me how to "baby" the system and bring it in when I returned. That Monday morning the diagnosis was confirmed, part ordered, put in upon arrival and it has been blowing "arctic air" ever since. The repairs for the 2001 air conditioning system (yes 24 years old) were extremely reasonable, timely, and they stand behind their work. Im a true believer in the craftsmanship and above excellent customer service I received by the amazingly affable folks at Auto Air of D'Iberville!
