I called this location two days ago to ask about the availability of a specific tire trim. The…read moreyoung man who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional. At first, he refused to answer my question over the phone and insisted that I come in person to get help. I explained that I was driving on a spare tire that seemed too small for my SUV. I could only safely go about 49 mph, while the highway speed limit is 70. I didn't want to risk driving several cities over only to find out they didn't have the tire I needed. After some back and forth, he finally admitted they did not have the trim I was looking for. He mentioned they did have a tire that was technically compatible with my vehicle, but not with the trim of my other three tires. If I had followed his initial advice and made the drive, it would have been a complete waste of time. He could definitely benefit from more training in phone etiquette and communication when speaking with potential customers.

For example, they wanted to charge $764 for 3 spark plug wires plus $495 for labor. Bought AC Delco for $43 and took maybe ten minutes to change. They should be ashamed of themselves!
