I pulled in a spot upon arrival and before I could get out of my car, someone walked up to see what service I needed. Upon requesting an inspection he took my keys and insurance and pointed me to sit inside. There were already 4 people inside so I sat at their little table. The unorthodox part was no one checked me in, asked for my name, or any other info. 15-20 min later, a lady walks in, points at me, and says my car is ready. So I walked up and paid and then one of the mechanics handed me my keys, insurance card, and pass/fail paper and that was it. The unexpected part was no one tried to upsell me on unnecessary fixes. How refreshing! I wanted a state inspection and that's all I got. Love it! They processed those state inspections very efficiently and everyone was in and out in short order. Some kind of organized chaos but it worked. I've never had such a quick inspection and not having to deal with an upsell was such a relief. The waiting area is clean but small. Four chairs, a table with 3 more chairs and a couple of stools that can maybe be used.

I started to get a little worried and stressed because I'd never had battery problems before, and I didn't know what kind of battery I needed or if I'd have to keep jump-starting it every time I drove. The staff were incredibly patient with me. They were patient and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my battery, instead of just replacing it without a word. They were even more patient when we spent an hour trying to call my mom and Toyota to check on my car's warranty. After all that waiting, Katie and Jonathan changed my battery and still patiently explained to me what they were doing. I've never been happier getting my car maintained! Got me checked in, confirmed what service I wanted, then gave me an ETA of how long it'd take (~45 mins). There were 3 other customers in the store but the parking lot was full! I was a little reluctant that the estimated time was accurate, but it was on point! The waiting area was roomy and had a TV and fridge with complementary water! It was clean and didn't smell of a mechanic shop (which doesn't usually bother me, but just sharing in case it does bother someone else...). Car got service, I checked out and was on my way. I upgraded for the lifetime alignment and they gave me a $20 discount so I feel like I walked away with a steal of a deal--taxes and all included I paid about $192 (for lifetime alignment!)! I'd totally recommend this place if you're looking for an alignment. You can schedule an appointment online and minimize your wait, but they get through servicing the cars pretty quickly! Both guys who help me were really nice and personable and didn't push extra services on me (which I appreciate cause I'm not about that extra life...I've got my brother for that...lol).
