In addition to doing a great job replacing my vehicle's oil, they also replaced my corroded battery. While replacing the corroded battery, one of the bolts snapped off, which was no fault of their own. Because the bolt was a special Honda part and was needed to install the new battery (making it so I was unable to leave without it), member of their team had to drive to 3 different auto parts stores to find the specific bolt to get my vehicle up and running again. This put them almost 2 hours post closing time. The whole time they were really kind hearted about it, had an amazing attitude, and were telling me jokes to help the time pass by while we waited for their team member to find the part, purchase it, and bring it back. I was really blown away by the level of customer service - you really hardly ever see it as this extraordinary level. I then returned a few days later to complete an inspection, and that process was also amazing and painless. I recommend this Valvoline to anyone and everyone. These guys should receive a huge award!

Kenta Bond, the owner of this shop is a man of high integrity. He also is a master of customer service. I call him a dinosaur because, even though he is a rather young person, he provides "old time" customer service. His pricing is extremely competitive - better than many - and he truly cares about his customers. The other day he stayed late to make sure my car repair was complete. It was not a simple repair. The car needed an axle. The parts supply house was very late getting him the needed part so Mr. Bond actually got in his car and went to the supply house and picked up the part himself. That pushed the repair completion time back. However, Mr. Bond stayed about an hour past usual closing time to get the job done for me. He does high quality work and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Please help support this small local business. Josh, the technician who did the work on my vehicle was top notch. He did a wheel alignment for me and I watched the computer screen on the alignment machine while he worked. He was not satisfied to get the alignment specifications close. I watched as he got the specification perfect! Most had not been that precise during my past visits. I've gone to that location for years. they were always reliable. then yesterday went to just get an…read moreinspection. they presented me with a document that showed detailed pictures of these crazy worn out brake pads.. the second I asked them to show me.. it was clear that it was all made up. the guy at the desk told me my rear brake was the issue. then when we went to the truck it was my front brake that was the problem not the rear! the pictures on their little report had pictures of the contact side of my brake pads, but the pads and calipers were still assembled on the wheels. so, what they took the caliper off and took pictures and put it all back together? total BS Brought my truck to a Dealer the next day and not only did they pass me, but they confirmed there were no issues whatsoever with either my front or rear brakes.
