They didn't say hello and barely spoke to me at all, but whatever, I don't go to Tire Warehouse to socialize or chat. Got the new tires but later that day the tire pressure light came on so I checked the tires. Pressure is supposed to be 33 psi. The four were 39, 35, 30, and 21. So none were right. I can only guess they inflated until the bead set and then never adjusted to correct pressure. Happy with the tires and price, but not the service.

The first thing that impressed me was that Wesley answered the phone at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon when we called to get help with our Kia Sorento. In my experience, it can be difficult to get help from a mechanic late in the day on a Saturday. After we told him that our SUV started to hesitate as we accelerated up the hill on the highway outside of Manchester, he invited us to stop by. When we got there around 4:15, he plugged his computer into the car, diagnosed the problem and, as expected, said that he couldn't do anything about fixing it until he got the necessary parts on Monday. When Monday rolled around, Wesley was able to get an after-market part from Napa Auto Parts but it would have cost $300. Wesley was appalled at how expensive it was! Instead, to save us money, he arranged for us to drive over to NY to pick up the parts from a Kia dealer (our car was drivable). Once we had the parts, Wesley installed them in about 15 minutes. And, refused to allow us to pay him for his time! In the end, the repair cost us $150 but could have cost as much as $500. Because of his integrity, Wesley chose to help us out and to not take advantage of us when he easily could have done so. He said that he didn't like that tourists in need are sometimes preyed upon and that it wasn't a practice of his to do so. The gills employee told my Father my sensor was broken. My Father was told it would be $50 to replace. I told my Father not to have gills replace the sensor because it was fine before going to gills. The service light for my tire is now on after they swapped my tires. The logical conclusion is they broke the sensor.
