Code reader I had said coolant level low, low pressure, leak, or failure. Yikes. Slowly drove it to auto zone and their code reader said the same. First thing to do is to add coolant as it was a tiny bit below the min level. But i worried it was something else. Asked guy at auto zone if the "Take 5" place across the parking lot from them did coolant flush/replacements. They said no. Hmmm...walked over and the guy there said sure, they do them. Had daughter drive over and she drove right in and they did the flush/replacement - code went away!! We also asked for a discount and got a small one. Noticed they give veteran's 25% off which is awesome. Really nice 3 guys there. Shoulda got names but it was may 7th about 5 pm. They washed front window, topped off our oil (using oil we bought at auto zone) and my daughter drove home without any issues! Win win over all. While I'm not a big fan of coolant flushes, this sure was cheap compared to other possible issues causing the code issue. (Fiat 500x) thanks guys!! I took it into see about a warrantied replacement. And the cocky guy behind the counter got on the computer without wanting to see the vehicle or the tire, and said a new tire is $300. When I asked about the warranty he said you don't have a warranty, which was funny bc he just explained in detail their 3-5 year warranty for a set of tires to the customer ahead of me in line. When he gave me the price I chuckled and said that's the price for a brand new tire, isn't it under a manufacture warranty bc tires don't blowout after a year? He didn't want to discuss the warranty at all, he had a take it or leave it attitude and I said wtf, he told me I can't talk to him that way and ordered me to leave the store. At this point, I said well you just earned yourself a bad review on all platforms, and raised my phone to take his picture and he literally ran away from me and hid in the office. As I exited, I announced to the lobby that he had just lost a fleet account. Within an hour the same guy called me and tried to get me to come back and work out something. I told him that he had some nerve calling me after the way he treated me and that I didn't want those tires back on my truck if they were free bc I had lost faith in the tire brand after the blowout. I moved our fleet account over to Discount afterwards. It's a shame bc we really liked the previous manager, this guy had the nerve to even bad mouth him to us, "he sucked, we got rid of him," he told my father. Please see my attached photos.

First of all the day after I dropped my car off Mike called to say he had to leave town for an emergency. I can understand that so I waited for him the get back for 3 days. I was told I needed a water outlet and an upper radiator assembly. I agreed that both things could be replaced. The problem I am having is that the charges for the parts he put in are so high compared to what I found online I feel I got ripped off. $35 for a radiator cap which I don't think even needed to be replaced is ridiculous. The radiator assembly part at BMW was not even as much as I was charged. The car is fixed but I will not be taking my vehicles here again. Beware taking your car here and make sure to price check the parts before having the work completed.

I then asked about pricing because it had been some time since I'd been to Wilhelm, they did my oil changes about 3 times in the past but the past few times had been booked. The gentleman said $45 and there are also some coupons they can give me. I said GREAT! Thank you. They open at 7:30 so I dropped my kids off to school and made it there at 7:20. Got checked in, handed over my keys and walked home. I get a call shortly later after receiving my car report. I asked about them adding wiper blades that needed replacing. They said it would be $16 for each side. Then he continues to tell me that the price of my oil change for that day was $74.46 as seen on the estimate. I explained I had a sheet from them and that also the gentleman had stated $45. His response, "so you can't afford the windshield wipers today, ok so it'll be $xx. I explained that I had budgeted for the oil change, I'm a widowed mother and a $5-10 difference is what I budget but not a $30 increase. He said I had $11.43 in my rewards account and they would deduct that. It still came to $63.03. Prior to this, I've never had an issue with this company. Always kind service. I felt let down. I think a lot of businesses once they are established find a way to take advantage. Attaching pictures of everything for reference. Just be careful, to me it seemed like a good old bait and switch. They wouldn't honor the oil change special and now they took my rewards as well. I won't be back.
