I had my compressor and a few other items changed after multiple conversations with Jim who walked me through different scenarios of replacing different parts. He also was able to send me detailed pictures and comments from his technician via the internet (examples in photos). Highly dishonest and price gouging! They force upsells on unsuspecting customers and price what they think the customer will pay. Please note, their website doesn't list prices!?!? The result was $99.99 for an oil change on a tiny crossover that takes 4.5-5 quarts?!?!? I drive a large pickup that requires 8+ synthetic and I have never paid more than $100 for that oil change. They also told her she was "overdue" on a cabin air filter replacement, so she did it. They charged $49.99 for the replacement which is 2 minutes of work and a $7-8 filter. I have always changed my own very easily, but she was taken advantage of! Honestly, I'll never go back here, and I hope my review stops other unsuspecting customers from being taken advantage of!!
