I took my 2000 Ford Excursion in for A/C check and inspection before driving to California and back from Louisiana. It's hot in Louisiana but even hotter as you drive through the Southwest & Mojave Desert in July. The repair was expensive but thorough, cheaper than the dealership, and well worth it. I had my compressor and a few other items changed after multiple conversations with Jim who walked me through different scenarios of replacing different parts. He also was able to send me detailed pictures and comments from his technician via the internet (examples in photos). This made my decision easy to pay to keep this future classic on the road and running well. He also warranties his work, and I received a text thanking me for my business. The A/C kept us cool even in 115* temps in Las Vegas. Will absolutely give an opportunity to do my mechanic work again. read more

asked for tires mounted and aligned, took over a day and was told they might not be able to put tires on(should've realized how unprofessional it was right there). A week later I moved into college in Hammond and realized my alignment is terrible and tires tread was beginning to be uneven and pulls to the left. I called to see when I could get it fixed being that my free time is very limited. Was told only one guy could do a decent alignment job. I went in on the only day I was able to make the drive from Hammond and he just so happen to "drop something on his foot and had to leave" by this time my warranty for the alignmen has expired due to miles and my tires are suffering, I am a broke college student who now will have to pay for another alignment and most likely two new tires sooner than I would have if they could have done there job correct. read more

They did the oil change as requested but they pulled a quick one with the price. My husband called and asked for the price of an oil change and gave them vehicle year, make, and model. They gave him a price that was reasonable. After they did the work, they charged him a price that was double what they quoted on the phone. They stated that the quote was the starting price and they didn't include other factors because they, "weren't sure how he would react and that's just how they do business. "That's pretty crummy in my opinion. read more

about a month ago I brought my 2016 Chevy Silverado to Tire Choice with A/C issues. problem was diagnosed immediately as a dead rat (yes you heard me right ) in the blower motor assembly. They replaced motor and fan. I had to bring the truck back to them today as the A/C was not blowing again. They replaced the blower motor and no charged me for the repair. Now that is honest professional service! These guys are great! Ray Raterman read more

I came in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire. They didn't have it in stock, so Mike worked with a local warehouse to have my tire delivered and changed all before noon! Thanks, Mike, for your help! read more

What a different experience I had with the actual manager of this establishment. I had a problem. He called me, listened carefully to the issue, offered to rectify the issue and then actually did so...and promptly. Give them a shot! Great tire prices and yummy restaurant to wait at next door. read more

Niles was polite and professional and quickly got us back on the road after making sure all of our tires had accurate pressure

Complete Rip off! I brought a loose wheel/tire to have a valve stem replaced and was charged over $90.00. This was a basic short black rubber valve stem on a 27 inch wheel off of my Chevy truck. This should have been a 10-20 dollar job. Never again! In addition, the Guy KC or Casey not sure of his spelling is very rude. read more

Stopped by this location to get my back tire checked for leak or damage due to dash light advising there was a problem. Not one car in the parking lot, all bays empty and no employees around that I could see except one person inside. I went in and asked if could get my tire checked for leak and he said yes and started typing into computer asking for name, phone number, etc. I asked why this info needed and he said it was for insurance purposes. Seemed strange as I get service all the time and no one has ever asked for that "before" they ask what the problem is with tire. I thanked him for his time and left and went up the street couple blocks away and used another tire service that was wonderful---quick--efficient--checked my tire for damage or leaks and found none. Aired up my tire and sent me on my way....for free as I was begging them to take my money for checking my tire. She said since there was no problem, there was no fee. They never asked for my name or for any info although I'd have been happy to provide. read more

We dropped a much needed mower tire for repair. 20 minute drive to Atlas from our house. Day of dropoff, received text and call tire was done and come and get it! Went next morning to pickup. Tire was completely flat. "Oh, Im sorry....looks like it has an irreparable hole in it. Thought it was fixed yesterday" was the response from the manager. read more

No waiting and the service was good. The guys behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. What I didn't like is the "automatic" $29.99 charge for tire service for the life of your tire. i was not from this area and so I tried to get it removed. It is part of their "mandatory" package and can't be removed. They seem to add alot of "extras" onto the bill that I wasn't told about upfront. I wasn't given an estimate before the end surprise. i would recommend them, but discuss your estimate and all charges before you turn the keys over to them. read more

I'm visiting from out of town. My "check engine light" was on. I popped in to see what it was about. It was a false alarm. I offered to pay them for their time and trouble (which was very little, but still they provided their services). No charge. I greatly appreciate that. If I need car repairs next time I'm visiting, they've got my business. read more

I was traveling home to Texas from Atlanta today when an Allen wrench...yes, an Allen wrench...punctured my tire. Even though it was less than 30 minutes before closing on a busy Friday before Christmas, the crew at Atlas took great care of me and patched up my tire quickly. My thanks to everyone at Atlas. read more

With all of the good reviews, I was kind of shocked when my experience went less than optimal. The staff was nice, but they suggested to me to buy two new tires because one of mine was leaking... Went to the dealership instead where they found a nail in it, and patched the tire up for free. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

Got a nail in my tire while out of town. Got it patched up quick and back on the road. Thank you so much!

Great customer service! Came in for non mechanical work and they were so friendly I decide to bring my moms car in the next day and have her a/c fixed! Keep up the good work! read more

Reasonably priced repairs. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need work done again. I would have given a 5 star review if they had gotten started on the car the day I dropped it off, but they DID get to it first thing the next day. read more

I was staying in Covington while visiting NOLA for the Sugar Bowl game. My rental car (picked up from Thrifty in Atlanta) had some issues and I was wary of driving it 6+ hours back to Atlanta. I chose and called Atlas based on positive online reviews. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Rich worked me right in and quickly took care of my concerns with the rental properly and economically - and with utmost courtesy. It made all the difference between a safe and potentially unsafe long drive back to Atlanta in very rainy conditions. Highly recommend! read more
