My husband and I were driving from Gulfport to Houston today. While in Louisiana, a large object flew out from a truck and struck our car. One of our tires had a large gash in it. We slowly made our way from the hwy. to Robert Tire Shop on our little spare tire. The owner and employees could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional! As it was an emergency, we didn't have an appointment but They had the size and type of full size tire that we needed. They got us back on the road in no time! Would never go here. They did major engine work on a friends car. It wouldn't pass inspection by two garages because they said the engine timing belt was installed wrong. Roberts refuses to fix it. They pointed to their "limited time guarantee." What a rip off. Now she doesn't have a car to get to work. read more

We picked up a screw in our tire while towing our RV and needed to get it repaired. When we got there they were completely overrun with customers! They asked us to hold tight while they worked to take care of the folks who arrived before us. We could tell just by watching that these are good people who are important to their community. The folks at Robert Tire are EXTREMELY friendly and polite. Every one of the techs, the receptionist and the owner spoke to me and appreciated my business. Couldn't recommend them more highly. On the way to have a girls trip and the tire was leaking air. Stopped here and they fixed it quickly and we're already on our way! Took about 30 minutes! This place was awesome! I called at the last minute to see if they had gently used spare tires and they did. When I arrived there I was greeted by the great staff and especially the lady in the office. One of my tires in front wasn't in the best shape in the front so he suggested I get another gently used spare and for the price I couldn't beat it. I was in and out in under 40 min, Maybe sooner, I would recommend this place to anybody. I will definitely be back and send anybody I know there. read more
