Fast service but not reliable. Asked for my alternator to be replaced, he called me at 10:30a…read moretrying to sell me an oil change (even though I was at 25%) and tires. I didn't ask for that. I called at 1:30 asking for the status of my repair, he said he was out at lunch and would come back to my car as soon a he got back in. At 2:15pm, he called saying he was done with it. I paid for two hours worth of labor and I'm not sure how much time he actually spent on my car. But the real problem is that 24 hours later, my car was on the side of the road again and when I got a second person to look at my car they informed me that my bolt to my tensioner had a stripped bolt. When I called and asked this mechanic was if he as aware of it; he was very dismissive and changed his story after I revealed to him that my car had broken down for the same issue. He is blaming it on my alternator being bad even though the alternator was tested as soon as he completed the work and again the off the car the next day. I feel like he is the type to Nickle ahd dime a hard working person to get as much money as possible. Now I have to get his negligence repaired. Beware. Update: He shattered my tensioner. It had to be replaced and it costs me 325. Thanks.
