I had Amite Glass and Collision custom cut and install a glass window for my camper shell, and I…read morewas charged $620 for the job. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship was poor and the glass was not installed correctly. For a custom job at that price, I expected precise, professional work. Instead, I paid a lot of money for an installation that wasn't done right. As I've gotten older, I've learned that sometimes it's better to just walk away, but I want other customers to know what to expect before they hire this company. If you need custom glass for a camper shell or vehicle, I'd recommend getting multiple quotes and looking at examples of their finished work first. I won't be using them again and neither should you.

I was a little disappointed with their service. They knew what I was bringing my truck in for a…read moretune-up when I called to make an appointment. They scheduled me for 2 pm knowing they closed at 5 pm. When getting a tune-up, it is always best to get the fuel injection cleaned and they even reminded me of that and I told them everything I wanted as far as maintenance on my truck. They assured me it could be done. Yet, they couldn't get to it all as time ran out. I get but, be straight up with me and tell me that you couldn't get to all things I requested and will either need to bring the truck back in or they will need to keep it overnight and will let me use a loaner for the night to go home. I would have been satisfied with that. Yet the one thing that needed to be done (fuel injectors cleaned) didn't get done. I will give them another shot just to see if they could improve.

ZERO STARS IF I could! Submitted an application to this…read moreplace for a vehicle and worked with Zach who supposedly consulted finance mgr Brennan or Brelin (whomever, doesn't matter). I personally felt like there was not full disclosure nor honesty from the start so we should have stopped then, but instead we continued the process. We were working strictly with cooperate financing, without personal guarantee. If you know what this mean, this is applying via business EIN only, no personal SSN. There was a request more than once to apply using SSN with surety that it can get to more creditors as well as lower interest that could result in lower monthly payments. I did not approve of SSN, wanted to see what it would be in business only; payments were outrageous(don't know the real truth of this), and when asked what was the interest on the approval, Zach said he did not have this info and that only finance mgr would have it(Well I definitely don't believe this). I decided to use SSN to see what terms and payments would look like, but ONLY as a SOFT PULL. Zach understood and assured me that this would be a SOFT pull so that we would be able to compare and see where the numbers would be, BEFORE a hard pull and affecting credit. My credit was hit hard 3 times only to learn that the payments would be higher anyway, and then later lets us know that the vehicle of interest was already sold, trying to offer another make vehicle that was a little less; Hmmmm, go figure. I reached out to the company via email and no response, but received responses all day in as soon as 15 minutes when I was a potential customer. There are at least 2 other discrepancies I could name, but will not for the sake of this already long review. Understand that there are several companies, all over the world, with the same vehicles that you could shop. I would not shop here unless you're ok with dishonesty. BTW, I got another deal, a real one, with another company...Business name EIN only!!

We have AAA they don't provide this service in Baton Rouge (to bring a new car battery and replace it on site) I called Alvin he was very professional and provided this in timely matter I would use Mobile Car Care 225 again. He went to the Auto Store, picked up the battery and was in contact with me and my daughter and meet her at the apartment complex, drove up the the 7th floor of the parking garage and changed out the battery within the hour. He was in contact with me throughout the process and was very nice and professional with my daughter. I would give this whole process and solid 10 and I'm not renewing AAA and calling Mobile Car Care if we have car issues again. I live in Illinois and my daughter down at LSU, this was incredible and amazing job by Alvin... we are so grateful, Thanks again!!!
