Went in for an alignment. Truck was pulling a little to the left and steering wheel was crooked due…read moreto me taking off a leveling kit and going back to factory height. They told me the price upfront. Very nice and professional staff. The technician did the alignment and then test drove my truck. Then realized it still needed a couple of minor adjustments. He put it back on the rack, adjusted it and then test drove it once more. It drives straight and the steering wheel is perfectly straight. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. I am one happy customer. I will be back to Taylor's Automotive in Franklinton.

I used their website to write to them about the car - wanting to confirm the installed options. If it had the options, I'd fly to Louisiana and buy the car for cash. Nope -- no response from the dealership, to several inquiries. Now, several weeks later, I see that the car has been sold. I hope they worked a good deal for themselves, because they sure don't get business through communication and customer service. Guess you've gotta be a local to buy from them.
