Let me start off with saying that I bought a lot of cars in my lifetime; I mean a lot and we sold them, have to fix mine, which all required a tow truck driver to transport it from point 1 to 2 AND THIS COMPANY NAILED IT. This is the only company where I did not feel disrespected, cut off, as if they wanted to hurry and leave and shut me up to do it. I actually felt cured for and he actually said; " just so you know, sir, you have nothing to worry about, I will make sure your truck arrives there safely without any damage."... COME IN WITH IT PEOPLE! That Was The Cherry On Top! Allow Me To Explain: 1. It is rare to find CSR/Employees that call you "Sir" say "Please" & "Thank You"! And Jozef didn't even skip 1! The level of customer service was outstanding! All other tow company's treated me like a dollar sign with a side of slime ball. 2. I was under the car replacing the pan and the oil when my pick up time was ready to be delivered and the patiently waited without asking me to hurry or wanting to cancel me, he literally asked if I needed help!! 3. Before my time was up for him to take it, I ran into a Stuck bolt issue, and didn't have the size 8 tool to remove it, just pliers BUT without asking, he went to his truck and grabbed his bag of tools and removed it for me and even helped me hook up my battery! 4. He showed such professionalism & well skilled hook up with those chains (I was a trucker, I know how to work chains and secure cargo) then I'm surprised he's not the owner of operator on a flatbed transporting his own equipment across the country. Superb work. 5. Absolute best price in town, called Keith's towing and they were charging $80 more than they charge just for 18 miles, called three other towing companies here in Covington and Mandeville and they were charging up to $280 just to 18 miles, and they were a couple miles from my home to begin with. 6. I felt as if they were friends doing me a favor, not really accompany that came to do a job and it was all due to the way I was received. Therefore, to all of my Yelp community, and those looking at this, disregard all the negative comments and low scores from petty people who want a silver spoon given onto them. I had such an amazing experience with this one that I am going to use them and them alone for all of my towing needs. Jozef... I write this 5 star review minutes after Esmail and his brother in law are towing my Prius away to…read morethe auto shop. My car started making loud revving noises like a motorcycle out of nowhere and I was very afraid to drive it. I called 3 brothers quick towing who immediately answered my call and got a truck out to me within 15 minutes. Esmail (who I think is the owner) asked me on the phone what happened to my car and as I described the revving noises/burning smell of gas, he said he likely knew what the problem was. He inspected my car and saw that my car's catalytic converter had been cut out by a thief (something that he said has been happening a lot around the world). He took some pictures of my car underneath & low and behold, the wires had been cut and there were bolts/screens lying on the ground underneath my car. So sad. So the car itself was ok and the engine wasn't going to explode like I thought (haha), but I would need to get a new converter to muffle the sound/reduce exhaust pollution. My car was parked on the third floor of the parking garage & he very kindly offered to drive it down for me because he could see I was anxious to drive it even though it was safe to do so. Am I a stereotype? YES. But I really appreciated him driving it down as I sat in the passenger seat for moral support that he did not need. Before towing my car away, Esmail made sure I understood what had happened to my car and suggested I ask my auto shop for options on what they can do for the converter. Anyways, climbed in my car after the torrential downpour earlier this week only to discover my rear end was SOAKED... My sunroof had leaked and the drivers side was flooded. Great. My dad and I took a look at it, and it looked like dry rot, so we called my usual mechanic to try to schedule an appointment, but after talking to him for a few minutes he said it sounded like the seal needed to be replaced, but they don't do that. I called around to several places in the area & in New Orleans, and either they didn't do the work, they wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money, or they were Ford and wanted to replace the whole unit because it was a motor problem (a $1200 repair). Finally got a hold of Zoom Tech, and spoke to Austin who got me to come in for them to take a look to see if they could replace it, and they told me it might be a simpler (cheaper), solution, so they convinced me to leave it with them to run some diagnostics. $60ish later, it was a simple cleaning problem. They saved me money AND unnecessary stress, and they even gave me a discount on an oil change (plus checked my brakes/rotated tires/other maintenance inspection). What sets them apart: 1. They listen 2. They don't try to overcharge you or sell you a horse and cart when you just need the cart. 3. They called me before doing ANYTHING, and gave me a detailed work-up of what needed to be done, and how much (right down to the tax!) 4. They checked everything else out on my car and then gave me advice on proper maintenance and things to check regularly to keep from having huge bills down the line 5. They even gave me a ride to work, so I wouldn't be inconvenienced! (It wasn't even necessary, they're just THAT nice). So support your local businesses, especially ethical, family-run, old-fashioned businesses and bring your car here instead of selling your first-born child to the devil, I mean, the dealership.
