Called them a day ahead of time to schedule a tow for 2 vehicles they got the info on the cars their location and the drop off location. Next day 10-15 mins after scheduled pickup time they had not yet arrived. Called them up mentioned the scheduled pickup time and the dispatcher says "ok u want me to send the truck?" of course send the truck why did I need to call for a truck to be sent when it was scheduled to be there 15 mins ago. when the truck finally showed up I informed the driver the same as I did the dispatcher the previous day. The first car in the driveway is awd it needs to go on the flatbed the second car is fwd pick it up from the back to pull it out the driveway then drop it and come around to the front pick it up from the front and tow it like that. I told the driver I had an errand to run I would meet him at the drop off location. About 5 mins before I get to the droppff point I get a call he is already there which he shouldn't have been there before me had he done things the way he should have. He never dropped the car to come around and pick it up from the front he towed my front wheel drive car from the rear and destroyed my transmission. I didn't say anything at the time because I had no real proof yet even tho I knew it I can't accuse someone without actual proof. A couple weeks later I finally get time to go mess with the car so I brought a battery with me threw it in cranked it up and the shifter would not move from the nuetral position the position it was in while it was towed. It had no problem shifting gears prior to the tow. So I call them up and ask to speak to the person that handles this type of issue. The guy asks me what's going on I explain the situation he says he will call me back in a few mins he needed to get some info from the driver. Ok of course no problem thank you. He calls me back and starts accusing me saying everything is my fault being very rude spewing nothing but lie after lie after lie this goes on for 20 mins he tells me maybe im not doing it right. Not doing what right? Shifting a car from nuetral to drive or park? Extremely rude condescending aggressive confrontational wouldnt answer my questions just dodging them and trying to turn the blame on me. Tells me he's not liable for 2 reasons one the car was already broken the car was not broken it worked perfectly fine prior to the tow number 2 he says I told the driver what to do and how to do it. Yes I did tell the driver that but the driver did not do what I told him to do he did it the way he wanted to do it knowing it would ruin the transmission. I'll be having my attorney file suit I've got all the evidence I need to prove their negligence I've got witnesses that were right there when the driver was told to tow it from the front I've got proof it was not towed from the front and ive got proof the transmission was not damaged before it was towed. I offered to settle out of court to make things easier for both of us and cheaper for them. Of course they declined cuz he doesn't believe I can prove my case well he'll believe it when the judge orders him to pay for the damage and my lawyers fees as well as all other fees I've incited during this process which is gonna end up being over $15,000 probably closer to $20,000. If he wasnt such a stubborn rude argumentative and insulting person he would save himself well over $10,000. read more

I write this 5 star review minutes after Esmail and his brother in law are towing my Prius away to the auto shop. My car started making loud revving noises like a motorcycle out of nowhere and I was very afraid to drive it. I called 3 brothers quick towing who immediately answered my call and got a truck out to me within 15 minutes. Esmail (who I think is the owner) asked me on the phone what happened to my car and as I described the revving noises/burning smell of gas, he said he likely knew what the problem was. He inspected my car and saw that my car's catalytic converter had been cut out by a thief (something that he said has been happening a lot around the world). He took some pictures of my car underneath & low and behold, the wires had been cut and there were bolts/screens lying on the ground underneath my car. So sad. So the car itself was ok and the engine wasn't going to explode like I thought (haha), but I would need to get a new converter to muffle the sound/reduce exhaust pollution. My car was parked on the third floor of the parking garage & he very kindly offered to drive it down for me because he could see I was anxious to drive it even though it was safe to do so. Am I a stereotype? YES. But I really appreciated him driving it down as I sat in the passenger seat for moral support that he did not need. Before towing my car away, Esmail made sure I understood what had happened to my car and suggested I ask my auto shop for options on what they can do for the converter. Just a bit of backstory: I have car insurance with Geico, and they are always advertising regarding their roadside assistance. The one time I called them for roadside assistance, they say a tow truck is in route, and should be there within one hour. As the hour is approaching, I check and find the timer has been set back to zero. I contact Geico by phone and they tell me they don't have any providers. (They could not have contacted me and told me that?) Anyway, I'm sitting in a not so good area with a disabled car, and I contact three brothers on a very busy night. I recommend taking pictures of the driver, the tow truck they showed up in, license plates and video recording all conversations that happen to make sure you keep everyone honest. It literally took my company having all of the above evidence for this company's management to acknowledge and pay for repairs that one of their workers caused to my work vehicle. Not only did Mustafa show up within 5 minutes of calling, ON THANKSGIVING day, he took the time to take a look at my engine after I told him I had gotten stuck in some high water yesterday. They didn't want to take the job out of fear they'd "sink" in the gravel (the city was doing construction on the street & I was blocked in & couldn't exit a lot I was parked on. I was told an ETA of 35 mins, but I was glad when the he arrived within 20 mins. Pretty swiftly he got to work and got my car on the towing truck. My car was loaded on and loaded off very carefully, and I am happy with the job. The only negative I would say was that the driver was checking his phone every few minutes while driving the truck, but absolutely no complaints against him for doing his job of towing my car. He was well spoken and had good manners, which I had not experienced in a number out phone calls I had made to different towing companies before I picked this one. Can't say enough good things about this company and its employees. Truck was at my location in 20 minutes and the driver was professional and knowledgeable. The loading and unloading of the car was quick and done right. Even with the vehicle not in running shape, he got it unloaded onto the curb perfectly; it was impressive to watch honestly. I've had to get this car towed a few times and I used a different company each time and was always disappointed.
