Ring-a-ling... I'm calling!!! To my great pleasure, the call was dispatched to AFFORDABLE TOWING. I received ONE update from the roadside assistance company about the towing service that was dispatched and the rest of the communication was regarding the time the towing company would arrive. The ETA was 119 minutes, I can appreciate that and TRAVIS was johnny on the spot in that timeframe. He was polite, yes ma'am, no ma'am, gotta love that SOUTHERN CHARM. He advised me of what was going to happen and he proceeded to make it do-what-it-do!!! My vehicle was loaded onto the bed & off he went with my baby to the repair shop of my choosing. ANNNNNNDDDDDD a bonus was that, 15-20 mins later, he called to say the vehicle was delivered, the eagle had landed!!!! WooooHoooo NEVER HAVE I HAD A TOWING COMPANY to advise of the delivery; I was ecstatic at this extra effort I was afforded. This took so much worry off my mind. Because it was a job associated with my roadside assistance company, I didn't have to worry about fees, this was a plus. From now on, I will utilize this service, although calling them will mean something is awry with my vehicle, at I least know my vehicle is in the best of care, my time will be appreciated & customer service is paramount. #duringcovid19 #vehicletowing #blackowned #homeandauto #madeinNOLA

I turned to Yelp and Three Brothers Towing had positive reviews for being prompt and fairly priced. Scheduling a tow was quick and easy, as an extra convenience I was able to pay over the phone with Zelle. The driver was there before the estimated time of 30 minutes. Apparently, most tow companies now have only…read moreflatbed trucks that can't negotiate the turns in a parking garage, so getting towed out of one is a huge ordeal. I had a dead battery that hospital security wasn't able to jump, so I asked State Farm to send a tow truck in case the battery wasn't the problem. They connected me with two companies that declined because they only had flatbeds. I found Rudy Smith on my own, referred by two other companies I called. They only have one smaller truck, but Timothy came to my house, picked me up and took me to my car within half an hour of my call. Turns out, all I needed was a jump with good equipment by someone who knew what he was doing, so the truck wasn't necessary. But he was so nice and reassuring, it was a pleasure to do business with him. If I ever need a tow again, I'll just call them again and turn the receipt in to the insurance company myself.

They got to me in under an hour, despite all of the above. They called and updated me every step of the way about where they were and what I could expect. I was home with my poor car in under an an hour and a half. Oh! And SUPER reasonable pricing.
