Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. We got the truck jump started, but I needed a new battery. I also had to be at work, so I did not have time to go get one and install it. MY SAVIOR, Jarell, was able to handle all that. He went and bought a new battery and installed it in my truck at my office. Wonderful guy! Outstanding service! 10/10 will recommend to any and everyone.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR ITS OWNER…read more I normally don't take to reviews unless it's warranted, but in this case, it's my responsibility to help protect others from being taken advantage of the way I was. I paid the owner of Nelson Empire $20,735 for a vehicle that I never received. Despite repeated requests for either the vehicle or a refund, the owner has refused to honor the agreement, take accountability, or even attempt to make things right. This is not just bad business, this is theft, plain and simple. When a business owner operates with this level of disregard for integrity, contracts, and their customers' hard-earned money, the community deserves to know. If you are considering doing business with this company, I urge you to reconsider. A tow service or vehicle sale requires trust, trust that your property and your money will be handled with honesty and professionalism. In my experience, Nelson Empire and its owner have shown neither. Protect yourself and your finances. There are too many reputable businesses out there to waste your time and money on this one.

She answered all of my questions and followed up! Let me tell you the level of professionalism was Top Tier! (I was ready to go in but I was taken aback!) The was the absolute best experience I EVER had with tow service. Now it's time for the tow. I was called when he was about 30-45 minutes away. I told the young man that I was a little bit away.. He jokingly told me to "take my time but don't take my time!" He was hilarious... I think he should have taken up stand up comedy but towing is even the better! He explained the process to me and what I should expect.. I said to my self I must be on PUNKED! This type of service is unheard of. I was so impressed that I just want to get a car towed for the hell of it! I'm about to start calling people to see if they need something towed.
