The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? My driver did say it was an Isuzu box truck 350 with cab over engine. Don't know how you can get that mixed up. Just think they're very dishonest.

My car started making loud revving noises like a motorcycle out of nowhere and I was very afraid to drive it. I called 3 brothers quick towing who immediately answered my call and got a truck out to me within 15 minutes. Esmail (who I think is the owner) asked me on the phone what happened to my car and as I described the revving noises/burning smell of gas, he said he likely knew what the problem was. He inspected my car and saw that my car's catalytic converter had been cut out by a thief (something that he said has been happening a lot around the world). He took some pictures of my car underneath & low and behold, the wires had been cut and there were bolts/screens lying on the ground underneath my car. So sad. So the car itself was ok and the engine wasn't going to explode like I thought (haha), but I would need to get a new converter to muffle the sound/reduce exhaust pollution. My car was parked on the third floor of the parking garage & he very kindly offered to drive it down for me because he could see I was anxious to drive it even though it was safe to do so. Am I a stereotype? YES. But I really appreciated him driving it down as I sat in the passenger seat for moral support that he did not need. Before towing my car away, Esmail made sure I understood what had happened to my car and suggested I ask my auto shop for options on what they can do for the converter. Esmail was so friendly and clearly wanted to help! They also accept credit cards, and it was very affordable. Three brothers quick towing made a sad situation a lot more bearable :)

Have you ever needed a tow in a parking garage? Apparently, most tow companies now have only…read moreflatbed trucks that can't negotiate the turns in a parking garage, so getting towed out of one is a huge ordeal. I had a dead battery that hospital security wasn't able to jump, so I asked State Farm to send a tow truck in case the battery wasn't the problem. They connected me with two companies that declined because they only had flatbeds. I found Rudy Smith on my own, referred by two other companies I called. They only have one smaller truck, but Timothy came to my house, picked me up and took me to my car within half an hour of my call. Turns out, all I needed was a jump with good equipment by someone who knew what he was doing, so the truck wasn't necessary. But he was so nice and reassuring, it was a pleasure to do business with him. If I ever need a tow again, I'll just call them again and turn the receipt in to the insurance company myself.

They got to me in under an hour, despite all of the above. They called and updated me every step of the way about where they were and what I could expect.
