Ring-a-ling... I'm calling!!! To my great pleasure, the call was dispatched to AFFORDABLE TOWING. I received ONE update from the roadside assistance company about the towing service that was dispatched and the rest of the communication was regarding the time the towing company would arrive. The ETA was 119 minutes, I can appreciate that and TRAVIS was johnny on the spot in that timeframe. He was polite, yes ma'am, no ma'am, gotta love that SOUTHERN CHARM. He advised me of what was going to happen and he proceeded to make it do-what-it-do!!! My vehicle was loaded onto the bed & off he went with my baby to the repair shop of my choosing. ANNNNNNDDDDDD a bonus was that, 15-20 mins later, he called to say the vehicle was delivered, the eagle had landed!!!! WooooHoooo NEVER HAVE I HAD A TOWING COMPANY to advise of the delivery; I was ecstatic at this extra effort I was afforded. This took so much worry off my mind. Because it was a job associated with my roadside assistance company, I didn't have to worry about fees, this was a plus. From now on, I will utilize this service, although calling them will mean something is awry with my vehicle, at I least know my vehicle is in the best of care, my time will be appreciated & customer service is paramount. #duringcovid19 #vehicletowing #blackowned #homeandauto #madeinNOLA

I was at work today and happened to look out my office…read morewindow to see a driver from this company leaving an SUV 1 inch from my bumper on the side of a street (and on the wrong side of the street for parking. You're supposed to park in the direction of how you drive). Thankfully, the curb in front of my car tapers, and I could pull out of the spot from the front over the curb, but there was no way to get behind my car or open the back door. The ridiculous part was that there was ample parking in other places on the block. This did not need to happen. The driver pulled off down the street before I could flag him down, but that was my experience.

When they were contracted, they were told we had to travel two hours to the drop off point (a lot). They let me wait in a vacant lot for 6 hours without contacting me to tell me they couldn't deliver my item. Trying to reach them was terribly difficult, but when my call was finally answered by someone who knew about the promised delivery, I was told...there was a break down with the delivery vehicle, they would deliver it the next day. I had to travel the hundred miles back home and go back to our lot the next day. Where upon my item was delivered by a surly rude driver. I will never do business with them again, and recommend you do not, if you have to rely upon them to fulfill their commitments to you.
