You're supposed to park in the direction of how you drive). Thankfully, the curb in front of my car tapers, and I could pull out of the spot from the front over the curb, but there was no way to get behind my car or open the back door. The ridiculous part was that there was ample parking in other places on the block. This did not need to happen. The driver pulled off down the street before I could flag him down, but that was my experience.

I wish I could rate them with no stars, they have absolutely horrible service. They were contracted…read moreto deliver an item, they committed to a day with a time between 10 am and 6 pm. When they were contracted, they were told we had to travel two hours to the drop off point (a lot). They let me wait in a vacant lot for 6 hours without contacting me to tell me they couldn't deliver my item. Trying to reach them was terribly difficult, but when my call was finally answered by someone who knew about the promised delivery, I was told...there was a break down with the delivery vehicle, they would deliver it the next day. I had to travel the hundred miles back home and go back to our lot the next day. Where upon my item was delivered by a surly rude driver. I will never do business with them again, and recommend you do not, if you have to rely upon them to fulfill their commitments to you.
