The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? I again agreed, he left to go get tools and the part. He arrived back to the location, gets under my vehicle and fixes the issue in no time. My vehicle cranked right up and I was able to continue my day without any more problems. I am pleased how I was given the option to pay cash or from the invoice through my email via card.
