Thank God didn't have grand baby riding with me. Within a day called Motohouse an they want to service brand new unit for almost $3000 ??? Not feeling safe an do not think this should be handled this way. Had to load up the unit and bring back and now they gonna fix and can't say how long or when we will get it back. Asked about our options and there are none so out all money with a broken unit after 10 minutes. Customer Service is a thing of the past an I would not recommend you go spend any money at Motohouse. I feel robbed of my $3000 for something we didn't get to enjoy, instead scared to ride. They will not give us the time of day within 24 hours. Would love to know what everyone thinks of this??

I give them one star because that was the lowest i could go…read more I bought a Case tractor package including a bushhog. I had problems with the bushog and took it to them to work on. The bushog has less than 50 hours. They looked at it and told me i needed a new shaft at a cost of $1,150. I told them i would just come get it. Well, after looking at the unit closer all i needed was 2 slip disks. After $80 in parts and an hour putting it all back together the bushog is working great. They lost a customer over being at a minimal lazy and in my opinion greedy. To Ramey Management. People aren't stupid and won't put up with be ripped off. BTW, I bought a new Kubota from Parrish and am using the same bushog you tried ripping me off with.

I had two golf cart repairmen(parts changer) look at the cart before Justin and neither one of them had any idea what was wrong. The first repairman(parts changer) told me I would need a new rear end, new motor and new wiring harness. That estimate was more than the value of the cart! The second repairman just didn't know what was wrong. Justin's many years of experience and caring attitude got to the bottom of the problem. Turns out the repair was simple once Justin diagnosed the problem. The cart now is like new! Runs powerfully and quietly. Better than ever! This place has lying crooks... We rented a cart for Mardi Gras that shut down not 10 minutes into…read moreusing it on a Saturday evening. Called the Store of course it wasn't opened due to it being after 6 pm. Hired someone to fix it on Sunday, so were able to use it around 3pm. The person I was able to hire to fix it told me to just return it back to Hammond, but again, they were not opened. This cart was not serviced before renting, the oil was bone dry, one tail light was out and there was some type of shortage that caused it not to start. Sunday, they are not open either for any issues. They told me I should've emailed them when I addressed these issues when returning, so I was not compensated for any of these inconveniences.. instead, I was charged $250 for a dust scrap on the back right side I was wiping before even leaving but because they saw it, I was charged. I did tell a few friends where to rent one for events but I've also shared with them the issues I endured.
