I have called them and they have told me to bring it and they would repair it while I wait if it ended up not being too serious.. I have had warranty repair done on my Husqvarna zero turn mower at this business on at least 3 occasions. They apparently have no clue what they are doing. They offer pick up and delivery. They have absolutely damaged my mower because of incompetence. Deck has damage, front end damaged. I told them the electric switch needed replacement last time. After they (cleaned) the part they returned it 4 weeks later. I cranked it yesterday for the first time and replaced the blades. 1 blade was put on upside down when they previously sharpened them. I also noticed the drive belt needs replacement now too. I mowed for about 30 minutes. Turned it off to get some water and now the electric switch that they (cleaned) is doing the same thing. If they would have replaced it or found the problem, I wouldn't have the issue again. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I give them one star because that was the lowest i could go. I bought a Case tractor package including a bushhog. I had problems with the bushog and took it to them to work on. The bushog has less than 50 hours. They looked at it and told me i needed a new shaft at a cost of $1,150. I told them i would just come get it. Well, after looking at the unit closer all i needed was 2 slip disks. After $80 in parts and an hour putting it all back together the bushog is working great. They lost a customer over being at a minimal lazy and in my opinion greedy. To Ramey Management. People aren't stupid and won't put up with be ripped off. BTW, I bought a new Kubota from Parrish and am using the same bushog you tried ripping me off with. read more

I purchased a used, 2015 Toyota Highlander from Ramey Motors, and they assured me at the time of the purchase that all normal issues, including "electrical" issues, were covered under a sixty-day warranty. When I test-drove the car, I thought the battery sounded iffy but didn't complain, since I wasn't sure, and I had to request other fixes, including new brakes. Six weeks later, the battery died. When I called Ramey Motors, the manager, Chris Ramey, said they would not replace the battery, since it's "not under warranty." He said a dead battery was normal wear and tear on a car, and he couldn't be sure that I hadn't failed to leave my lights on one night. I assured him I had not and that I had heard the battery sputtering the first time I test-drove the car. Chris said it was my fault for having not requested a new battery at the time of purchase. To be honest, I don't know enough about car-buying practices and standards to appraise the situation. My guess is this is what you get when you buy a used car, and it's my fault for having failed to insist on a new battery at purchase. Still, I think anyone considering Ramey Motors should be aware of this situation. For what it's worth, I think the salesman I worked with, Joey, was extremely nice and responsible, and I don't in any way blame him. read more

I purchased a Ram 2500 back in late June 2019. Truck ran great for a total of 46 days. I was told by the salesman "We give you a 90 day warranty. Anything happens in that time we will fix it and give you a loaner until it is fixed." This is a lie. Drove to work the truck fine as always. Get ready to go to lunch and the problems started. Called Ramey motors. Told them what was going on. They sent out their mechanic and he tells me they will take care of it. I gave him my keys so he can get it towed. The next day no call, no message, no tow truck. I call and the run around begins. I get told by the service department that the Owner says they won't warranty the turbo. This is at 5 o'clock on a Friday. I call Saturday morning. No answer. After three times I have my wife call. They conveniently answer that one. She ask where my keys are. They reply. We put them in the gas cap this morning. So they are avoiding me. And their word doesn't mean anything. Typical shady used car dealership. read more
