I recently purchased a car from you guys, which is my first vehicle purchas. A issues begin to occur while driving the vehicle. I took the vehicle back to you guys to check it out, only for y'all to turn me around to tell me y'all could not find a issue with it. Couple months later, the vehicle begin to get to worst everytime i drove it. I finally decide to not listen to your servicemen that wasn't helpful, so i went to a different dealership to realize my transmission is damaged ( from the previous owner). When i begin to look around the car on the lot and with the salesmen, he (David Parker) told me the car is in top shape and he also showed me "proper" paper work stating that, the vehicle have been checked out by a serviceman and no issues. read more

You're better off going to a jiffy lube. This place paid no attention when I pulled up. When I was finally seen, it took over 15mins to get me checked in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They said they would call me when the truck was done. After 2 hours of not hearing from them, I go there and see my truck sitting in some impound looking back lot. Went inside and they didn't even know who I was. $65 for an oil change and after I already pid I was told that they didn't rotate my tires simply because I have aftermarket wheels (claiming it was a liability). I think 1 of 2 things happened. They either couldn't find the locking lug socket I left on top of my center console like I told them I would and they were too lazy to give me a call (which was already apparent), OR the mechanics are so incompetent, that they cannot rotate tires without scratching wheels, and therefore don't want to be liable. I'm not buying the liability thing because I've had multiple GMC dealers rotate my tires with no issues. Didn't seem to want to discuss it any further, handed me my keys and sent me to walk to the back of their property to retrieve my truck. Stellar job guys! Last time I'll go there. read more
