The dealership even offered a 1000 miles 50/50 powertrain warranty. I purchased a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette and noticed a squealing issue. Called Dean and they are honoring the warranty and will cover half the cost of the repair of a failing harmonic balance. Paperwork time was minimum, in and out within 30 minutes to include a quick test drive! I highly recommend working with this dealership as it's the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. Had I bought anywhere else, I'd be eating the full cost of this issue! Otherwise, the car is amazing!

I requested info and got a call within a day from Kole, who was really cool and gave me some good information over the phone. He linked me up with Cody, and we called and texted back and forth for a few days since the truck hadn't arrived yet. He got me a ballpark estimate on my trade, and we got together some info on pricing and stuff before I had to drive up there. The trace value was great, and when I arrived I worked with Regi, who was also fantastic. They got me an even better rate for my financing than I had gotten as a pre-approval, and the whole process was pretty quick (at least as far as buying a vehicle can be). Overall, I was pretty happy with the whole process.

After they had a diagnosis then it took another three days to let me know what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. I had a leak in my car, which I asked them to fix, and asked them to please not leave my car outside in the rain until they found the leak. I picked up my car and there was water inside my car from the rain after I asked them not to leave my car outside in the rain and after they said they fixed the leak.
