On January 20, 2026, I purchased a set rims and matching steering wheel package for a delivery and installation no later than February 16, 2026. Multiple dates were scheduled for delivery and installation but sadly I only received excuses and lies from Mason Reddix (Bayou Boyz Kustoms). Since I live out of state on April 8, 2026, my cousin contacted Mason on my behalf regarding delivery and installation of the rims. Over the next two weeks multiple dates were scheduled for delivery and installation. However, the only thing I received from Mason were more excuses and lies. I return to Louisiana on April 21 and on April 22 l drove to Bayou Boyz Kustoms for rims install. Yet again all I received from Mason Reddix were excuses and lies. On Apr 22, Mason texted "Im really tied up i can knock u out first thing fri morning gotta go get ya wheels out of my storage if that doesn't work I can issue a refund". Friday came and Mason was a no show with no attempt to resolve the issue. On Friday, April 23 at 3:35pm I requested a refund and proof of the refund transaction. The same day my brother contacted Mason to setup a rims pickup once again Mason continued with excuses and lies. On April 27 in last ditch attempt to get a refund or rims l drove to Bayou Boyz Kustoms with police escort to confront Mason in person. However, the only thing that followed were more excuses and lies. So BUYERS BE WARNED unless you are prepared to go to court for your money or product you purchased!
