I just moved here and lucky for me I drove into this Shop in Mandeville.. not knowing where to take my car.. I had run over a concrete block in a parking lot and tore my font end up and underneath the car ... Had a issue regarding a bait and switch warranty on their service invoice. Then management threatened to pull the tire off my car if I didn't sign... very Professional! Didn't give me a price on the tire when I brought it in and explained what happened so I assumed it was covered... didn't hit me with the bill till I was leaving. Sad way to do business read more

I was worried about tread wear on my SUV as I was pulling a 37 foot RV. I wanted to make sure my family was safe. I was concerned I might need to replace a tire or two, and they are fairly expensive so I was worried about the cost. Kendall, the Assistant Store Manager, came out and took a look at the tires, and said I didn't need any tires at all. He did he could have sold me tires, but it wasn't the right thing to do if I didn't really need them. They even filled the tires up with more air to compensate for the extra weight I was pulling. No charge for anything. They were actually so nice and helpful I felt kind of bad I couldn't do any business with them this time. However, I will be back and will post a good review on Yelp for them. read more

I had work done at a local mechanic that recommended Superior Tire on Florida Street for a front end alignment. I had an appointment. When I arrived the guy working the front told me they don't take appointments. He was cocky and rude. I was also told the price for the alignment was 89.99 but upon trying to drop my car off I was informed it was 109.99. I might have just left my vehicle had it not been for the attitude of the staff that waited on me. Needless to say I didn't leave my vehicle. Perhaps the employees could work on customer service skills. read more

These guys did an amazing job replacing a blown out tire that occurred on I-12 while my family was traveling over the holidays. Very honest, fast, friendly and it seemed like they knew every local customer that came through the door. The price was fair and they recommended a local tow company that also did a great job and made a miserable situation bearable. read more
