I was informed that I would have to wait 4 hours, because someone came on before me. It was 3 Charter Spectrum vans. I explained that I had an appointment, but they did not care. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I most certainly will not be coming back tomorrow or ever! The business model has online or over the phone appointment bookings. That is clearly how the business plan is set up. However, the workers do not honor that. It was more important to them to milk the cable company on a four hour break job than to keep a good name for their business. Clearly, there is no point in the appointment system. They did not value my time, so they will never get my money! The worker told me it was first come, first serve. That completely undermines the booking system! I will spend my money at places that value my time and honor their word!!!​

The website offered me a free wheel alignment with my purchase, so I opted for that as well. I was called by the shop at 1:30pm to let me know I can drop my car off early, so far we're off to a great start! I made it to the shop with my car at 2:45pm. Nearly three hours later, I ended up paying for the "FREE" wheel alignment. My rim now has several large chips in the paint, as well as loads of tire grease left behind by the mechanic(s). Also failed to reset the TPMS warning on my dash. These are all things that can be avoided by taking your business to your local tire shop, rather than a corporation such as Firestone Complete Auto Care. Overall, good quality tires, friendly staff, poor management/customer experience. Forgot to mention they falsely identified my vehicle trim as a Honda Civic Sport Touring, which has a different engine than the Sport alone. Imagine if I would've requested an oil change! Disaster waiting to strike the next unlucky customer.
