I went here to fix an oil leak that was found at another jiffy lube location and spent hundreds of…read moredollars for the leak to be fixed and for a tune up. Roughly a week after the repairs, my battery went out and I had taken it to another auto shop where they stated I had an oil leak that should get it looked at soon. I took my vehicle back to jiffy lube after being made aware of this leak and an employee stated I could bring it in the next day for the repairs. However when I brought my vehicle back, they denied me service stating they actually can't fix the problem at all and recommended a few places. I reached out to the store as I was very unhappy with this resolution and was informed I should call the 1-800 number on the back of my receipt. The number didn't work, but I googled it and found the actual phone number. I filed an initial complaint with Jiffy Lube' Customer service and the store did reach out, but when they realized who I was, they said they can't do the repair. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt like I was being double charged for nothing. He stated that the store manager Gary would be reaching out within the next day or two. I did not hear back from Gary or the store so I called the customer service number once more. But now I'm even more disappointed with their customer service support as I have not even had a response from Customer Support, Gary or Tom the district manager. I feel like I deserve a full refund due to this inconvenience. Worst case scenario I definitely should get back the tune up fee because they did not properly locate my issue, and now I have to get it repaired at another shop (labor and parts fee)

Showed up to DMV to renew license plate and they informed me I needed another one done. Called LTS to see if it would be possible to get A same day emissions test performed and they got me in within 20 minutes. They completed the oil change and let us know we didn't need to rotate our tires yet that they were too new and that would be needed at the next oil change. They explained to us how to get the mileage we needed on the car so they could do emissions. Didn't need a follow up appointment, pulled in this morning. They completed the emissions and I was out of there in 10 minutes. This place is crazy busy but I had no problem getting an appointment and getting taken care of. I'm so impressed that they were so honest and upfront about the tire rotation. They could've easily done that and just charged us even though it wasn't necessary. Definitely will be back to this place anytime the car needs anything. Was able to schedule the appointment online, which is so convenient! And, really nice friendly people!

Reached out early and was greeted with great customer service and even better fast solution to get me back on the road for my kids. Greg was amazing! Ive trusted them in the past and was happy to have trusted them again. They have a lifetime customer in me. The previous staff had been there for over a year and were really amazing and knowledgeable. Today it was complete disaster. Service was slow, the employees did not seem to know the usual process or steps, and when we went to restart the car, several warning lights came on and the engine made a terrible sound. I got out of the car to talk about what had happened and the manager Moody was incredibly rude telling me get back in the car and when I asked him to come talk about the situation, he kept saying this isn't a problem with the oil change and refused to talk, disappearing entirely from the shop floor. It was very suspicious that there were no check engine lights or problems until they opened the hood and started working on it. They pressured us multiple times to just drive it out of there and take it to a mechanic, which of course was ridiculous, I'm not gonna drive a car with a check engine light that suddenly came on. So right from the oil change bay I called the Valvoline customer service and told them what it happened. After a little while, they realized one of the technicians had knocked into a hose and loosened it (in addition to dripping oil all over.) The staff onsite tried to say the hose was loose already and blame us but come on there weren't any lights on and the engine was working perfectly before we got there. The only compliment of the day was the Valvoline customer service lady who took our concern seriously, gave us a report number, and told us the steps we need to follow if there was any damage identified. I'm not giving up on Valvoline completely, but I'll never return to this location.

They didn't put the oil cap back on my wife's car and all of the oil leaked out. We had to have the…read morecar towed at our own expense because Jiffy Lube was closed when the oil drained out. They refused to pay for their misconduct. Changing oil 101 requires securing the oil cap.
