Always excellent customer service at Discount Tires. The first time I came is to to fix a nail in my tire. To my surprise they got me in and repaired the tire at no charge. The next time I got my wiper blades replaced. I had a blowout on a tire. I came here again. They gave me a reasonable price on the tire. I asked if they could fix my tire sensors. I great price on this too. Made an appointment a d they took care of me. I'll be bank when I replaced my other tires! read more

Won't rotate tires that are 4/32! Plenty of tread left! Even wear on both front tires that are at 4/32. Missouri minimum limit is 2/32! What a joke read more

Came in for all four tires to be replaced. The guys were very on top of everything did a great job and was very fast and met the price that I wanted I would highly recommend them. read more

Went in there for a walk in was gonna be about 1 hour, asked about appointments and was told had one in 15 mins which would jump the walk in line....sat there over another 1 hour and they kept serving walk ins and yet telling me I was next in line. Needless to say I love the company but this store is in need of help. read more

Update: I changed my review from a 5 to a 3 simply because days later I noticed they did not put my same tire valve caps back on. One wasn't even back on and was missing. The others don't even really fit. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have to order new ones. read more

You better get there as soon as they open. There's already a line. But they do have the right name for their business. They are speedy in that you don't need an appointment but it's on a first come first save basis. There can be long waits. That's not speedy. But their waiting room is nice. Overall they do a good job getting people in and out as fast as they can. read more

I really appreciate the help with my tires today. There was a problem with the system and I ended up coming here from another discount tire and unlike the other location, the Saint Ann Discount Tire actually went around the building to check for my ordered tire, and helped me find and repair damage to one of my tires I hadn't noticed needed fixing. 10/10 customers servic, thanks again. read more

Easy 5 star and love Discount Tire. Even on the road for a tire pressure check which was completed in minutes. They service tire pressure checks are at no cost whether you purchased the tires from them or not. I actually did purchase from them however. The checks are done in front of the last bay (from the entrance) at the cones. I swear they are the best! Full 5 stars and thank you for being awesome! read more

I recently brought my Honda Odyssey into my local Discount Tire to replace all four TPMS sensors. I called ahead, and they were able to get me in and complete the work the very same day -- which I really appreciated. After the initial installation, the low tire pressure warning light didn't turn off. I was told it might take a couple of days to sync after driving. A week later, the light was still on, so I called the store and they got me back in that same day to re-check everything. In the end, they resolved the issue by replacing all the TPMS sensors with a different brand. A big thanks to Jason for taking ownership of the problem and making sure it was fully fixed. Throughout the entire process, every time I called or stopped by, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. I've been coming to this location for several years now, and whenever any of my vehicles need tires or service, this is the shop I trust. They consistently provide a pleasant experience and stand behind their work. Highly recommend! read more

Worst experience ever went in there for a nail in my tire. They ended up flattening my tire and telling me that I had to buy a whole new one or all new 4 tires. Couldn't even put a spare on there because they said it was unsafe and everything was done without my consent. Super terrible job on behalf of Elijah then then having to pay more money to get a new one they know what their doing then overheard some other customers where having the same issue with the same person taking off a sensor for for a patch in the tire. Ridiculous. Nonsense. I've never had issues with getting a tire pass before. Bad customer service Elijah doesn't need a a job. read more

I came in to have my rear tire patched for a nail, and left the lot with the nail still in the tire -- it was not fixed at all. They acted as if the repair had been done, even claiming to "fix the front tire sensor," which had nothing to do with my issue. This isn't the first time they've mishandled service: they ordered tires for me, scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, the tires weren't available and I was sent to another location. Their communication is terrible, and this level of sloppy, disorganized service is absurd. I would not recommend this location unless they drastically improve how they handle repairs, appointments, and communication. read more

Solid store, workers are real with you, just a solid experience over here! Thank you for all your help this week!

Amazing crew, had to order tires for the Jeep but they were there the next day and tires for the corvette were in stock. Mounted and out the door in an hour for two vehicles as promised! read more

My hail damage repair at Caliber took longer than expected and Discount tire was very accommodating when it came to my last minute reschedule. Staff was great, efficient and very clean. A+++++ read more

Order: windshield wipers & 4 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires with the certificate Pros: hella clean inside! When I pulled up someone was walking out to greet me. They ordered my tires at 1:45pm and had them delivered at 3:30pm originally scheduled for 5pm. Super fast! Tired are pricey but they were cheaper than what other companies tried to sale me, which includes the dealer Cons: they don't offer alignments, which is bizarre. read more

The guys at NW Plaza were very helpful finding why my tire was losing air. They did not attempt to gouge me with extra costs and quickly provided their assessment. read more

I'd called for tires and was told something in particular. When I got there, though they originally didn't have the capacity, the manager made sure they lived up to the commitment. He ordered the product and was sure that they met their obligation. High marks! read more

I needed to replace 2 tires for my safety inspection. I was able to go online, purchase 4 tires (for less than 2 elsewhere) and make an appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival, they were very prompt & polite. I watched everyone be very helpful & efficient with the customers. I must have been thanked by 4 different employees for coming in. And my car was ready in 15 minutes! read more

The place is very clean! Upon arriving I was greeted by a nice guy who took my keys and inspected the problem tire. Inside I was offered a comfy chair and bottle of water. They repaired the leak for FREE which shocked me! They did alert me of the lack of tread on a different tire, and when I wasn't understanding, Nico walked me out and took the tool and showed me the comparison! I really appreciated this. They gave me two reasonable tire selections that would work and had me out the door in 40mins. Just wish they offered oil changes because if so, I'd let them do it all! read more

Got a nail in my tire... Website said they had my tire in stock. Cool. Bought the tire and made an appointment. Dropped my car off and then received a call saying they were waiting on the tire truck to deliver. Okay, website lied. Then got a message saying my car was done and so we drove up there only to see the car had not moved from where I parked it and the old tire was still on the car. The guy apologized and said the tire should be there by 2:00 and they would call when it was done. I called at 4:00 asking for an update only to be told they had not started working on the car! They again apologized and said they would call when it was done. 5:30 rolls around and I have not heard back from them so I drive back up there to find my car was done. THEY NEVER CALLED! This was my first time doing business with this company and I never will again. Absolutely terrible experience, don't recommend. read more

Ordered tires and rims and it was very much affordable! They were so helpful and nice. Customer service and the staff is amazing! They update you on wait time which wasn't long. I was there for about 45min since I ordered the rims while I was in store. They just happened to have what I needed in store. If you ever need assistance, Rod Tyler was the one who helped me. read more

So I had a flat tire due to hitting a nail, and they were nice enough to do a free plug on that. Cool. But when they found out I drive 5K miles a year and I had 27K on my 50K mile tires, they still tried to push me into replacing the whole set despite testing the treads with perfectly fine depth results. Really gave me the impression that no matter the answers to their questions about age of cars and tread depth, they'd be recommending a replacement. Car is kept in a garage with proper air, regular alignment and rotation, etc. read more
